Admitted to practice since 2006, Ami Jayne has focused solely within the field of Family Law. She is proud to have expanded the definition of abuse within the coercive control element in Connecticut Jurisprudence under Jennifer’s Law as well as litigated a seminal case surrounding financial contributions to college by parents. Joining practice with Kevin in 2007, attaining the partner role in 2021, Ami Jayne developed the empathy and skill to listen and advocate most effectively for her clients. Having the distinction of being appointed by the Court and sharpening trial advocacy skills in litigation, Ami Jayne is proud of her client-tailored legal approach to the client’s particular needs with a specific focus on vigorous defense of clients when they have otherwise been traditionally marginalized or abused within a domestic relationship. Attorney Katrina M. Ross joined the Woolf & Ross Law Firm, LLC, in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience in criminal defense and civil rights litigation. Attorney Ross is a skilled trial attorney who has dedicated her entire career to excellence in criminal defense. Throughout her career, she has zealously tried numerous criminal cases in front of multiple criminal jurisdictions, including successfully arguing cases before the Nevada Supreme Court, which resulted in a reversal of her clients’ convictions. Attorney Ross graduated from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law in 2009 and joined the Office of the Iowa Public Defender as an attorney. She later joined the ACLU of Nevada as a staff attorney, where she gained experience and expertise in representing clients in civil rights cases before the federal courts and state administrative agencies. In 2013, Attorney Ross joined the Nevada Clark County Office of the Public Defender, where she handled over 2,000 criminal and motor vehicle cases, which included misdemeanors and felonies, negotiating pre-trial dispositions, as well as acting as lead counsel in jury trials, which included Category A Felonies. As a Team Chief in The Office of the Public Defender, Attorney Ross served as a manager, mentor, and chief litigator.

Robert has been practicing law since 1989 and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Elder Law, Probate and Real Estate Sections. He is also a member of the NAELA (National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys). Robert’s practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, asset protection, probate, estate and trust administration, business formation and succession planning and real estate. As a volunteer, Robert is on the board of directors of the Christine E. Moser Foundation and the Brian and Marilyn Lindsay Foundation. He is a corporator of the Boys & Girls Club of New Britain and the Hospital For Special Care. He is past Chairman of the New Britain Board of Water Commissioners, past Chairman of the Community Foundation of Greater New Britain, past Chairman of the New Britain Zoning Board of Appeals and past board member of the Mattabassett District, the Metropolitan District Commission, Community Residences, Inc., and the Parish Council of St. Ann Church, he was the President and Chairman of the New Britain Youth Football & Cheer, and Treasurer of CT Youth Football & Cheer, Inc. Robert was the Assistant Head Football Coach at Northwest Catholic High School and currently is the Assistant Head Coach and Offensive Line Coach at New Britain High School.
