Steven Bracco has practiced law in New York for over twenty years and has worked for respected law firms in New York City and on Long Island. Steven obtained his Juris Doctorate Law Degree from New York Law School and received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Pace University, Lubin School of Business. He has also earned a Masters of Science Graduate Degree in Taxation from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business.

Mark is an accomplished appellate attorney and commercial litigator. He has argued more than 150 appeals in state and federal courts in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin, and regularly consults clients at all stages of the appellate process. Mark also tries cases. He has tried 16 cases to jury verdict, including high-stakes commercial matters—winning all of them. Mark’s blend of trial and appellate expertise has earned him recognition in?The Best Lawyers in America?in both Commercial Litigation and Appellate Practice each year since 2019, and a place on the Minnesota Super Lawyers “Top 100” list since 2018. He was named a “Top Lawyer” by?Minnesota Monthly?in Commercial Litigation and Appellate Law in 2022, and again in 2025 Mark is a Fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Attorneys, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the International Academy of Trial Attorneys. Beginning in 2013, the Minnesota Supreme Court appointed Mark to serve on the Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure. Mark is also a contributing author of the Eighth Circuit Appellate Practice Manual. For the past 14 years, he has taught appellate advocacy at the University of St. Thomas Law School. In 2022, the school awarded Mark the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Teaching. Mark also devotes a substantial amount of time to pro bono matters. He has been involved with the Innocence Project for many years, including winning post-conviction relief following a two-week evidentiary hearing for a client wrongly convicted of second-degree murder. Mark represented the same client before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and Supreme Court (and won). He then represented the client at his retrial (and won again), securing a not guilty verdict. The Great Northern Innocence Project recognized Mark as its volunteer of the year in 2022 and 2025. He is the only two-time recipient of that recognition.

Mr. Bradshaw graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School in Tacoma, Washington where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. He has more than 30 years of experience in law and primarily handles cases within the realm of family law, criminal defense and personal injury. Mr. Bradshaw is the owner of Gregg E. Bradshaw, LLC which handles real estate law, family law, estate planning, personal injury, litigation and appeals, criminal defense, probate & estate administration and trusts. Mr. Bradshaw is admitted to the Washington State Bar as well as the U.S. District Court Western District of Washington. Mr. Bradshaw has been a member of Lawyers of Distinction since 2020.

Michael Brady spent 20 years in law enforcement including 11 years as Chief of Police, and his extensive investigative background in police work provides him with a unique perspective in case evaluation. Mr. Brady began his legal career after retiring from law enforcement in 1998 and has been in private practice since 2003. He regularly practices in the areas of DUI/DWI/drunk driving, personal injury claims, criminal defense, motor vehicle offenses, contracts, wills, and trusts. He regularly handles matters before the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal, District Court, and Superior Court. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Brady earned his J.D. from New England School of Law. He is a member of the Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Federal Bar associations. He also holds a B.S. in Administration of Justice from Roger Williams University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island.
