Frank Buck grew up in Michigan and attended Michigan State University, where he received his degree in Political Science, Psychology and Sociology. Frank came to Alabama to attend Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He met his wife, Marti, while in law school. She was a student at Samford. Frank has been practicing law for 50 years and has been married for 50 years. He and Marti have three daughters, Rachel, Ashley and Kerri, as well as four granddaughters. Rachel followed in her father’s footsteps and became a lawyer. Ashley is currently in law school, and Kerri is a nurse practitioner. Frank clerked for the late Judge Ingram Beasley while in law school. Frank graduated from Cumberland School of Law with his Juris Doctorate degree in 1975. Fresh out of law school, Frank decided to open his own practice and become a criminal defense lawyer. After a few years of criminal work, Frank’s passion for sports led him to become a sports agent. Finally, Frank decided to begin his career handling personal injury cases and found his niche. He loves helping injured people and has a deep passion for his work. Over his long career, he has personally handled over 11,000 car wrecks and other personal injury cases to resolution. On April 20, 2026, Mr. Buck was elected as the President of the Vestavia Hills Historic Society.

Daniel L. Buckfire earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Michigan Business School in 1989. Mr. Buckfire was Phi Beta Kappa and graduated in the top 10% of his class. He graduated cum laude from the prestigious University of Michigan Law School in 1991 and has been engaged in the private practice of law since his successful completion of the bar exam. Daniel L. Buckfire specializes in Michigan car accident cases, no-fault insurance claims, dram shop liability, and general negligence cases. His adept knowledge of these areas of law have resulted in numerous significant settlements and verdicts on behalf of his injured clients. He recently settled a claim on behalf of woman who suffered paralysis as the result of an automobile accident for $1,375,000.00.

Larry Buckley is the owner and founder of the firm. His expertise encompasses matters involving personal injury and wrongful death, products liability, insurance bad faith, and medical malpractice. Mr. Buckley graduated from California State University Chico, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Science with an emphasis in chemistry, physics, and mathematics. He then earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Gonzaga Law School, a top tier law school located in the Pacific Northwest. While in law school, Mr. Buckley was on the Deans List and received an American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence in legal research and writing. He was also selected for the coveted position of judicial law clerk (extern) for the Honorable Robert L. Whaley (now the presiding Federal District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Washington). As a law clerk, Mr. Buckley was assigned a number of high profile cases, including a wrongful death case against a security alarm company stemming from the murders of several minors, a complicated products liability case involving an insurance coverage dispute, and an illegal gambling case against a number of prominent local citizens.
