Mr. Zhang Jian is a senior partner of Dentons, a master's degree from Xiamen University, an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, practicing at Dacheng Shenzhen office, the co-leader of the Corporate and M&A Committee of Dacheng, and the head of the Corporate and M&A Professional Group of Dacheng Shenzhen office. He was the director and chairman of the board of directors of Dacheng Shenzhen office, a member of the management committee of Dentons China, a director of the second board of directors of Dentons China and a director of the global board of directors of Dentons. She brings a strong background in both U.S. and Chinese legal systems, having previously served as a judge assistant at the Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court and worked in multiple California law firms handling complex civil and employment litigation. Claire earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was a member of the San Diego Law Review and received the CALI Award for Legal Writing and Research. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws from Shenzhen University. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, Claire is admitted to practice law in California and is committed to providing effective, culturally informed legal advocacy.

As the founder of MMZ LAW, A Professional Corporation, she practices in trust and estate, elder law, Medi-Cal asset protection planning, veterans’ affairs benefits, conservatorship, special needs, trust administration, and probate. Since 2016, her practice has evolved from a sole-practitioner to a cooperative business group equipped with seasoned professionals, including in-house work with a Private Professional Fiduciary and a Medi-Cal Professional Advocate. Nicole earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and raking among the two percent of her class. While in law school she served as the Business Editor of the Florida Coastal Law Review. Nicole also served as a judicial intern to Justice Ricky Polston and former Justice Kenneth Bell on the Florida Supreme Court. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saint Francis where she graduated Valedictorian. In addition to her collegiate studies she captained the University of Saint Francis women’s soccer team and was recognized as an Honorable Mention All-American women’s soccer player and was selected to the ESPN The Magazine All-American team.
