Bryan is a Partner of GHSK and the head of its Matrimonial & Family Law practice. Bryan’s practice embraces a diverse set of clients and the challenging issues they face. Bryan understands the situations many of our family law clients are enduring can be arduous, delicate, and emotional. Bryan approaches each client’s matter with knowledge, compassion, and understanding. He collaborates with clients to determine their desired outcomes and develop creative strategies to achieve them. Bryan provides representation at every level, including complex and sophisticated family law matters for high-net-worth individuals. He handles a wide variety of family law matters, from the negotiation of pre- and postnuptial agreements to separation and divorce proceedings (contested, same-sex, and uncontested). He is a skilled and constructive negotiator when clients attempt to settle issues by agreement, and a powerful advocate when the determination of the Court is necessary. Bryan’s divorce clients face many issues including custody and parenting time/visitation, child support, spousal maintenance/alimony, equitable distribution of assets, as well as domestic violence and orders of protection. He also helps clients traverse the ever-changing landscape of family law as it relates to same-sex couples. Bryan was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers each year since 2020 and earned the recognition of the Top 10 Attorneys under 40 by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys in 2019, 2020 and 2021. He frequently presents at various forums discussing divorce and considerations involved such as financial issues and LGBT+ issues. He has also been quoted in articles by various media outlets such as USA Today.

Robert W. Goldwater is the Founder, President, and Managing Partner of the Goldwater Law Firm. Mr. Goldwater graduated with Honors from Arizona State University Law School in 1992, where he was a Pedrick Scholar and winner of the law school’s prestigious Canby Moot Court Competition. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, American Association of Justice, American Trial Lawyers Association, AAJ Birth Trauma Litigation Group, AAJ Nursing Home Litigation Group, and several other organizations. Mr. Goldwater focuses his practice almost exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death cases, and in the last three years has helped recover in excess of $100 million for his clients.

Area of Practice: Personal Injury and Property Insurance Jordan Golinowski's journey to becoming a leading advocate for the injured began after he graduated from the University of Rochester. He had spent time interning in the public defender's office and wanted to learn the civil side of the law. He became a legal assistant in personal injury firm in New Jersey after graduating. There he learned first hand the difference he could make for injured clients at the negligence of others. Jordan then attended the University of Miami School of Law. During his time there, he continued to clerk for boutique injury firms, gaining valuable experience and insight into the complexities of personal injury law. After graduating from the University of Miami, Jordan honed his litigation and trial skills at a mid-size firm, advocating for policyholders and injured victims. However, his passion for justice and his desire to make a real difference in people's lives led him to establish the Golinowski Law Firm PA in February of 2023.
