Jim practices in the area of general civil litigation, with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense. Managing partner of our Augusta office, Jim?s practice focuses on representing hospitals, physicians, nursing homes and other health care providers throughout Georgia and South Carolina. From pre-suit investigation through final judgment, Jim has obtained numerous medical malpractice defense verdicts in State and Federal Courts. He also handles comprehensive general insurance defense, including suits involving allegations of premises liability, product liability, defamation, breach of contract, worker?s compensation, and automobile and trucking liability.

Attorney John H. Painter has been practicing law in North Carolina since 1981. He has taken on many cases including defending against speeding and traffic tickets, taken on criminal defense cases and ensured that those who are injured due to another person’s negligence get the compensation they deserve for their injuries. He attended Appalachian State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science, and Campbell University where he earned his Juris Doctorate.

Curt Pajcic spent four years as a prosecutor before taking on the role of lead attorney in hundreds of litigated cases with total recoveries in excess of $30 million. Curt graduated with high honors from the University of Florida and with honors from Florida State University Law School. Curt serves on the Gator Bowl Committee and on the Board of Visitors for Florida State College of Law. He is also involved in the Desire Street Ministries, which helps transform impoverished urban neighborhoods into flourishing communities.
