Area of Practice: International Criminal Law Born in 1979 Ingo Klaus Wamser studied law at the University of Passau in Germany. He was admitted to the German bar in June 2015 as the youngest holder of a bar admission in Germany at this time. Since then he is principal of Rechtsanwalt Wamser, a law firm specialized in criminal law, international criminal law and complex cross-border litigation cases. Ingo Klaus Wamser is a certified specialist in criminal law (Fachanwalt für Strafrecht) and a certified defence counsel for economic crimes (Zertifizierter Verteidiger für Wirtschaftsstrafrecht DSV). He is entitled to practice in criminal cases before all German courts, within certain limits in other EU member states, at the International Criminal Court and the Kosovo Specialist Chambers at The Hague.

Jeffrey C.P. Wang\'s practice focuses on handling the legal concerns of international and domestic corporations, with a special emphasis on international technology corporations. In addition to his J.D., Mr. Wang has two advanced Masters of Law Degrees from the University of Washington and the Southern Methodist University School of Law. Mr. Wang started with the tax department of the public accounting firm of Pricewaterhouse in San Jose, California. He then became a litigation attorney at several reputable, AV-rated litigation law firms in Northern and Southern California. Mr. Wang started this firm in 1994, and has since built a substantial client portfolio in Northern and Southern California, as well as in the Pacific Rim countries. Mr. Wang has been a frequent commentator in Chinese language newspapers regarding the legal significance of recent events that have impacted trans-Pacific international commerce and the Chinese American business community. Mr. Wang has also been a frequent speaker in events and seminars sponsored by international government agencies, think tank, and public accounting firms that are designed for international corporations focused on the political, business, legal and intellectual property issues related to doing business in America.

Prior to law school, Steven spent fourteen years as a systems engineer for IBM’s Federal Sector Division, Computer Technology Associates (CTA), and Orbital Sciences Corporation (OSC) working with various government organizations, including NASA, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Department of the Army, and the United States Coast Guard. Prior to his work as a Systems Engineer, Steven spent seven years in the United States Navy in training and as an electronics technician. Prior to starting War IP Law PLLC, Steven was the practice chair for intellectual property litigation at McNeely, Hare & War LLP. During this time, he also wrote opinions, and obtained patents and trademarks for his clients. Before his time at McNeely, Hare & War LLP, Steven worked at several national/international law firms, including Dickstein Shapiro LLP, Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, Fish & Richardson P.C., and Howrey & Simon. At those firms he worked on all aspects of intellectual property including opinions regarding freedom to operate, validity, infringement, and due diligence.
