Trey Yarbrough is a trial lawyer with more than forty years of litigation experience in state and federal courts. He has successfully represented individuals and companies, both plaintiffs and defendants, in hundreds of cases and arbitration proceedings. As lead counsel, he has tried over 150 jury and non-jury cases to verdict and final judgment and argued appeals before the Fifth, Tenth and Twelfth Texas Courts of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court, and the federal Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Grace K. Yates, a lifetime resident of Ponca City, began practicing with Mr. Holmes in 1999. Grace graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. She received her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Kansas, as well as each Federal District Court within this State. Grace served as president of the Kay County Bar Association and on multiple boards for local non-profit organizations.
