Attorney Andrew M. Stein is a highly experienced and skilled criminal defense lawyer, having successfully tried hundreds of cases over the course of his career. He has been a senior law partner with an emphasis on the field of criminal defense for over 20 years and has started and managed criminal defense firms that have helped countless clients to achieve positive outcomes in their cases.

Whitney has over 15 years of commercial transactions experience in a broad variety of commercial transactions for Fortune 500 clients, including Apple, Cisco Systems, and Mattel, backed by years of practice in complex commercial, insurance coverage and trademark litigation before state and federal courts. She approaches transactions from a risk perspective, aligning business and risk transfer goals. She leverages contract provisions, such as indemnity, limitations of liability, representations and warranties, disclaimers and insurance provisions to accomplish those goals. She has established compliance programs, including training on key compliance issues, including FCPA. She complements her commercial transactions practice with years of privacy and compliance support for pre-IPO and unicorn companies. In addition to a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, Whitney hold an LLM in Risk Management and Compliance from Texas A&M University.

A long-term Las Vegas resident, Ms. Stein is a partner at Flangas Law Group and concentrates her practice on securities law, entertainment law, civil litigation, and corporate law. Ms. Stein’s experience in banking, securities, the gaming industry and law has provided her a strong business background to assist her clients on a business and legal level. Ms. Stein provides both transactional and litigation services and has experience representing clients in a range of clients. Prior to re-joining Flangas Law Group, Ms. Stein worked for the largest Nevada based firm as a named partner and national law firms performing similar services. Prior to re-entering private practice, Ms. Stein served as Chief of Enforcement to the Office of the Nevada Secretary of State, Securities Division. Ms. Stein is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Nevada and State of California.
