Workers Compensation Law

2570 Walden Ave, Buffalo, NY 14211, USA

As the proud son of a police officer and school secretary who are each active in their respective unions, Brian understands the importance of protecting the rights of workers. It is from this background that Brian’s advocacy on behalf of injured workers is rooted. Brian believes strongly in the principle that injured workers should receive the maximum benefits and proper medical treatment that they are entitled to at every point in their case. Likewise, Brian knows the difficulty in obtaining these benefits without adequate legal representation. Brian’s approach to this problem is simple: he provides his clients with the necessary information they need based upon the myriad of workers’ compensation laws, rules and regulations so that they can make the necessary decisions to achieve the best possible results in their cases. Brian was born and raised in Rochester, New York. He graduated from Point Park University with a degree in Criminal Justice, then from SUNY Buffalo School of Law. While at SUNY Buffalo Law School, he completed a concentration in labor and employment law. Brian is a member of the New York State Bar Association, The New York State Injured Workers’ Bar Association and the Erie County Bar Association.
