Jack Klarr was born in Detroit on April 5, 1953. After completing his undergraduate studies at Western Michigan University and obtaining a B.A. with honors in 1975, he obtained a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University in 1978. A member of the State Bar of Michigan, Jack has centered his practice in professional malpractice claims, medical product liability, defense of extended care and assisted living facilities as well as extensive experience with homecare, free standing physician clinical facilities and acute care settings. Jack is also involved in other areas for healthcare facilities and clinicians in addition to malpractice defense, including assistance with JCAHO, Michigan Department of Commerce and Industry investigations, staff representation of medical and mental health professionals in state license matters, discrimination, wrongful discharge and other employment related claims.
