Civil Rights Do Kim is a passionate advocate for the civil rights and human rights of all people. As the founder of Law Offices of Do Kim, APLC, Do is a civil rights attorney specializing in employment discrimination, wage and hour, police misconduct, prisoner abuse, wrongful conviction, and human rights. He was selected as a Rising Star for 2007 and 2012-2014 and a Super Lawyer for 2016-2021 by Law & Politics Magazine. Do graduated from Harvard College with a joint degree in Afro-American Studies and Sociology and went on to receive his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he concentrated in Critical Race Studies and the Program in Public Interest Law & Policy.

Vincent Kim is an experienced immigration attorney who has been helping clients navigate U.S. immigration law since 2007. Born and raised in South Korea, Vincent moved to the United States to pursue his law degree, driven by a desire to support those in need. He faced his own challenges as a foreigner building a new life, which inspired him to dedicate his career to assisting other immigrants. With nearly two decades of experience, Vincent understands the complexities and emotions involved in immigration cases. Area of Practice: Business Litigation Michael Y. Kim founded MKim Legal on April 1, 2015, and is the Founding and Managing Partner. Mr. Kim was born in Dallas, Texas, and he grew up in Arlington, Texas. Mr. Kim graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance. Mr. Kim earned his Juris Doctorate degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. While in law school, Mr. Kim was on the St. Mary’s Law Journal and the Board of Advocates, and Mr. Kim was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. Mr. Kim’s practice focuses on general civil litigation, business and complex commercial litigation, business formations, business and commercial transactions, public and private employment disputes, first party insurance claims, bad faith insurance claims, contractual disputes, fraud and fiduciary duty claims, landlord/tenant disputes, consumer and deceptive trade practice claims, and constitutional employment claims. Over the years, Mr. Kim has represented clients both as plaintiffs and defendants, and he has handled lawsuits, arbitrations, administrative hearings, and due process hearings all over the State of Texas, as well as the State of Colorado. Mr. Kim has represented a vast array of clients from individuals, small businesses, and commercial property owners in litigation and/or transactional matters to educational leaders in administrative and due process hearings to Fortune 500 companies in the prosecution and defense of a variety of legal claims. Mr. Kim is licensed in the State of Texas and the State of Colorado.
