During those years, Fish & Richardson routinely ranked at or near the top of all patent firms in both patent litigation and patent prosecution. All of these experiences have given Craige a passion for creating high business value for small, medium, and large clients by providing comprehensive patent services. He has earned an exceptional reputation within the industry. On Patent Offense, Craige is known among colleagues for his Litigation Quality Patent processes as the “Examiner Whisperer.” On Patent Defense, he is known for his work in freedom to operate, patent litigation and patent re-examination as the “Patent Killer.”
