He graduated with a B.A. from Lemoyne College, Syracuse, N.Y., and received a J.D. degree from Loyola University in New Orleans.

Mr. Rubinstein maintains a Fair Debt Collection Practices Act certification, has a real estate broker’s license, and currently serves in Oakland County Circuit Court and District Court as a Case Evaluator. Christine Thea Rubinstein, Esq., specializes in cases involving immigration, along with estate planning, including estate law, probate, estate litigation, Wills, and probate litigation. She also has experience with medical-related law, such as Medicaid asset protection, Medicaid litigation, and special needs planning. She sits on the Senior Citizens Advisory Committee of Suffolk County, due in part to her estate planning and elder law planning experience, which combines financial, real estate, and legal strategies. Rubinstein also handles business planning and succession planning for her clients.
