Mark was born in Winter Haven, Florida and has spent his entire career here. Mark practices in the areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate and Guardianship, Business Law, and Civil Litigation. A past president of the Greater Winter Haven Area Chamber of Commerce, Mark has served in leadership roles for Girls, Inc., Main Street Winter Haven, the American Red Cross Polk County Chapter and Habitat for Humanity of East Polk County. He currently serves on the District Board of Trustees of Polk State College and the board of directors of the Humane Society of Polk County. He is an alumnus of Leadership Winter Haven and Leadership Polk, and was also a member of the Florida Blue Key leadership honorary at the University of Florida. Major representative clients include Adams Homes and State Farm Credit Union.

Richard Turner received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Birmingham-Southern College in 2005. In 2009 he received his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. Mr. Turner is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar, the Escambia-Santa Rosa County Bar Association and its Board of the Young Lawyers Section. His practice areas include civil litigation, bankruptcy, family law, dependency, estate planning, and probate cases, as well as commercial and residential real estate transactions and closings.

Robert Twombly is a Partner of the Firm and concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, insurance, and personal injury litigation. Mr. Twombly has significant litigation experience both as first and second chair counsel. He has obtained numerous favorable verdicts and settlements for his clients in the state, the federal, and the appellate courts.

Ms. Tymkowicz is passionate about the art of lawyering. Reaching million dollar verdicts and settlements through a unique approach of utilizing the applicable law to each individual has allowed the successful representation of her clients in many different areas. J.J.
