It has been Angela’s pleasure and honor to accompany her active-duty U.S. Army spouse throughout his career. Now permanently located in Colorado Springs, she has been overjoyed to have returned to her profession and calling. It is her passion to provide dynamic, dedicated, client-focused litigation advocacy. While she enjoyed her initial years of practice working for a large law firm and serving corporate and institutional clients, Angela finds it especially rewarding to have the opportunity to employ the skills and experience that she gained in that setting for the benefit of her individual and small business clients. Angela attended Austin Peay State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in political science, cum laude, in 1996. Her honors there included, among others, being named a Harry S. Truman Scholar. She earned her law degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1999. While in law school, Angela served as a Tennessee Law Review editor, worked as a community mediator, and was inducted into both the Order of the Coif and Phi Kappa Phi. Angela is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Tennessee. She was admitted to the Tennessee State Bar in 1999, to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Tennessee in 2000, to the Colorado State Bar in 2014, and to the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado in 2015. Her civil litigation experience includes family law, business, employment, real estate, and probate matters.

Carla Little earned her Law Degree from The University of Denver in 1996 and received her L.L.M. in Estate Planning and Elder Law in 2012. Carla has been doing Estate Planning and for over ten years. She understands the unique needs and processes within this very complex area of the law, and will work with you in designing the perfect Legacy for those you love. Ms. Little worked as a Judicial Law Clerk and a Criminal Defense Attorney before becoming and Trust and Estate Lawyer. She has a wide and varied practice base and will advocate for you on many levels when designing your plan. While she has a love for trial work, she also has found a passion in Estate Planning and designing legacies for end of life issues. She founded Little Law Office in 2004, when she discovered a need in providing a full-service law firm for end-of-life planning. She found that she could be more effective in helping people deal with the difficult issues in estate planning by focusing first on the client's individual situation and learning about their unique desires for their legacy. She strives to meet the client's goals while providing caring, compassionate guidance and individualizing each person's estate plan for their specific needs. Each client is unique, and their legacy is designed completely for them. Carla also provides services in Elder law, Business Formation, Probate and advanced Estate Planning.
