I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. I earned my Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law. Before law school, I attended the University at Buffalo and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Financial Analysis and Human Resources Management. Over the years, I gained a wide range of experience. I’ve maintained a small legal practice in addition to working for large global companies in the fields of finance, regulatory and social compliance, engineering, and business development. Balancing a career as an attorney with more traditional business employment has provided me with unique experience and insight. As an attorney, I’ve handled a wide range of cases, including matrimonial, family, vehicle and traffic, criminal, consumer, personal injury, real estate, employment, estate planning, and elder law. Although I continue to maintain a general practice law firm, in recent years I’ve narrowed the focus of my practice to Family Law, Estate Planning, and Real Estate in order to better service my clients.

Born in Ohio and raised in Michigan, Mr. Billmaier embarked on his academic journey at the University of Toledo, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, laying a strong foundation in business acumen. His passion for the law led him to complete the dual Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration program with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law at the University of Toledo. During his time in law school, Mr. Billmaier was a Judicial Intern to Honorable Judge Stacy Cook in Common Pleas Court, where he gained invaluable insight into the inner workings of the judiciary. In addition, he competed on the Mock Trial Team, worked in the Prosecutors Office, and displayed his commitment to public service as part of the Public Service Externship program. In addition to his work in the courtroom, Mr. Billmaier also gained experience while in law school as an In-House Counsel Intern for a local Fortune 500 Company. Upon graduation, Mr. Billmaier gained extensive experience working as In-House counsel for an Insurance Carrier and at then at a NLJ 500 defense firm. Currently, Mr. Billmaier is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, and Broward County Bar Association, demonstrating his commitment to the professional excellence. Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Billmaier enjoys fishing and lobstering in the Florida Keys. He’s also an avid Pickleball player and dedicated to maintaining a healthy lifestyle through exercise. Most importantly, he enjoys spending time and travelling with his family and friends. Brandon is unwavering in his commitment to providing exceptional legal services. Lauren Biloski is a 2000 graduate of Oak Ridge High School.  Lauren then went to the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and graduated in 2003 with a B.A. degree in psychology and a minor in Spanish. Immediately following graduation in 2003, Lauren Biloski pursued her dream and attended the Robert H. McKinney, School of Law, Indiana University. Lauren Biloski graduated in 2006 with her J.D. and wanted to return to East Tennessee and provide assistance to a community that allowed her to flourish. Lauren returned back to Oak Ridge in October of 2006 and has loved having an active local practice. In 2012, Lauren joined and partnered with Michael Ritter to form Ritter & Biloski in Oak Ridge. Since 2012, Lauren has handled a wide variety of cases but still focused her practice on juvenile law, family law, and criminal defense. Lauren is a member of the Anderson County Bar Association, Knox County Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association and American Bar Association.

Mr. Binko attended the University at Buffalo School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. He has been admitted to practice in the state of New York and California since 1983 and currently practices at the Law Offices of Richard S. Binko, which is a firm that he founded himself. Mr. Binko’s areas of practice include personal injury, traffic, estate wills and probate, criminal court, real property, medical malpractice and federal court practice. In addition to being the New York State Trial Lawyers Association President, he has accomplished many other achievements including president-Elect of the 4,000+ NY State Trial Lawyers Association, membership with the American Association of Justice, immediate past chairmen of the solo practitioners and small business section of AAJ, previous president of western region affiliate of Western New York trial lawyers, published author in Trial Magazine, frequent lecturer in New York and throughout the United States and trustee of New York State Law PAC.
