I’m not just a lawyer; I am a business partner and counselor whose primary goal is to foster a lasting relationship, where together we may call upon my many years of experience to add value to your business. This experience runs deep. I have litigated and tried many cases to verdict and argued before various courts of appeal, including the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. For my zealous advocacy in the courtroom for the past 20 years, I am also recognized as a top New Jersey litigator and the New Jersey Law Journal has recognized me as one of the “New Leaders of the Bar.” In 2019, I was recognized by my peers in the 26th Edition of The Best Lawyers in America for high caliber work in the practice area of Litigation – Labor & Employment and Professional Liability. Most recently, I was selected to be included in a short list of the most respected professionals in our area–South Jersey Biz’s Women to Watch for 2020. I have earned a bulldog reputation for my representation of professionals, including lawyers, accountants, bankers, design professionals, insurance agents/brokers, directors and officers and fiduciaries. I routinely litigate labor and employment matters in state and federal courts, state and federal civil rights charges, counsel businesses through OSHA investigations, as well as provide counseling to employers of all sizes on employment best practices, implementing employee handbooks, policies and procedures that are tailored to maximize managerial flexibility and control. The remaining portion of my practice is dedicated to counseling and defending non-profit entities such as homeowners’ associations and faith-based organizations.

Attorney C. Mark Warren graduated with highest honors from University of Tennessee at Knoxville and obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence with honors in 1989 from the University of Tennessee. He is licensed to practice law in state and federal courts in Tennessee and Georgia. For over twenty-five years, C. Mark has represented the interests of individuals hurt by the negligence of others. Over the years, C. Mark has obtained millions of dollars for his clients through trials and settlements against insurance companies for damages caused to individuals by car accidents, truck wrecks, work injuries, dangerous premises and/or medical malpractice. C. Mark is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the nation. He is a partner with the law firm of Warren & Griffin, P.C. and focuses his practice on personal injury case

Mr. Warren is a Pensacola native. He served in the United States Marine Corps, received his B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of West Florida with high honors in 1999, and earned his law degree from the University of Florida with honors in 2003, where he was a member of the national award winning trial team. Mr. Warren was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003 and is licensed to practice in all the state courts of Florida, as well as the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Warren has been a practicing attorney for twenty years and limits his practice to cases involving civil litigation, primarily focusing on insurance claims, including bad faith, consumer protection, serious injury, and wrongful death. He was named as a Florida Super Lawyer “Rising Star” in 2012 and 2013 as well as a Florida Super Lawyer in Insurance in 2022 and 2023.

MICHAEL T. WARSHAW is a practicing attorney, in Red Bank, New Jersey. A trial attorney since 1976, his practice concentrates in the areas of civil trials, workers’ compensation, residential and commercial real estate, estates and estate planning, and business and corporate law. He also represents accused persons in Municipal and Superior Courts. Mr. Warshaw represents a broad spectrum of clients, both in litigated matters and in a variety of business, personal and corporate matters. He has appeared in every court in New Jersey, both State and Federal, from Municipal to Administrative, and handled cases from Municipal Court to Jury Trials to Supreme Court Appeals. Mr. Warshaw is a Master in the Haydn Proctor Chapter, American Inns of Court; he is an adjunct professor of business law at Monmouth University; and has published a seminar course book for attorneys on the topic of trial practice. He has conducted numerous seminars for trial lawyers and for various civic and service organizations.
