Area of Practice: EDiscovery, Data Privacy, & Information Governance Jenni L. Weaver is an attorney in King & Spalding’s E-Discovery practice. Her practice focuses on electronic discovery issues, particularly with respect to representation of clients in matters of product liability and governmental investigations. Her primary focus is ensuring her clients' European operations and electronic discovery processes are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Additionally, Jenni provides advice and counsel to clients to help limit the scope and cost of document review through managing data processing and proper metadata field mapping, early case assessment, search term development, developing efficient workflows, workable review protocols. Jenni works closely with in-house counsel, co-counsel and vendors to ensure consistency, efficiency and quality throughout the duration of the document review process. Jenni also works with clients to develop standardized ESI protocols, records management policies, records retention schedules and litigation hold practices.

Area of Practice: Commercial, Civil, Regulatory and White Collar Criminal Dan Webb’s trial practice concentrates in the areas of major commercial, civil, regulatory, and white collar criminal cases. He has tried more than 100 jury cases, including numerous successful complex commercial and white collar criminal trials, representing, on several occasions, large corporations in jury trials lasting two months or longer. Dan has spent his entire professional life as a courtroom trial attorney and litigator. He received international attention early in his career for his successful prosecution of retired Admiral John Poindexter in the Iran-Contra Affair. As the U.S. Attorney in Chicago, he spearheaded the “Operation Greylord” investigations into judicial corruption in Cook County, Illinois.

Kelsey A. Webber is an experienced labor and employment attorney who has litigated a broad range of matters through arbitration and trial. Mr. Webber attended Georgetown University Law Center where he was on the Dean’s Honor Roll. After graduating from Georgetown Law, Mr. Webber began practicing employment law, representing employees, in Roseville, California. During that time, Mr. Webber obtained a $4,750,000 verdict for a client in an age discrimination case. Mr. Webber also obtained numerous mid to high six figure settlements on behalf of his clients. Thereafter, Mr. Webber spent the next three years representing some of the world’s largest employers. During that time, Mr. Webber litigated some of the most high-profile labor and employment matters in the state. However, Mr. Webber realized that his true passion was representing employees. Thus, Mr. Webber decided to found the Webber Law Group. Mr. Webber’s time representing employers has provided him with invaluable insight and an understanding of how labor and employment cases are defended by the world’s largest employers.
