Mike graduated from Clemson University in 1988, and from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1996. While in law school, Mike served as Chief Judge of Cumberlands Trial Advocacy Board and was inducted into The Order of Barristers in recognition of his advocacy skills and academic achievement. Prior to joining Floyd, Hunter, Kies & White, P.C., Mike was a managing partner in a large statewide law firm, with an extensive litigation practice. Mike has tried dozens of jury trials all over the state of Alabama. Mike now concentrates his entire practice on representing individuals in personal injury and wrongful death cases, fighting to ensure his clients obtain the results they deserve.

R. Brandon White attended undergraduate and law school at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, graduating in 2002. Throughout his career, Mr. White has practiced almost exclusively domestic relations and criminal defense work. In domestic relations, Mr. White has handled more than 1,000 cases and has assisted individuals from all walks of life, including other attorneys. In criminal defense, Mr. White has successfully handled all types of crimes, including murder cases, two of which garnered media attention. He is a member of the Tennessee State Bar Association.

Attorney Lindsey M. White is an Associate Attorney with Probst Law Offices, S.C. Lindsey is known for her dedication to her clients, her compassion, and her professionalism both in and out of the courtroom. Lindsey understands that her clients are encountering some of life’s greatest challenges as they face family law issues. She is a firm believer that no individual should ever have to confront a legal crisis on their own, especially one that impacts their family. Lauren White is a Partner and Manager of the Florida First Party Property Group in the Fort Lauderdale office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and focuses her practice area on insurance defense litigation for a variety of lines of business including first party property, product liability, and construction defect. Lauren has extensive experience with First Party Appraisal of claims. She has extensive experience and knowledge handling appraisal in both first party property and glass litigation. Coinciding this, Lauren handles the day-to-day glass claim litigation management, and oversees the team dedicated to the same. Lauren conducts careful analysis of policy provisions and endorsements, which aid in crafting the best possible defense strategy for Florida windshield glass and assignment of benefit litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Lauren served as an in-house counsel to an insurance company which makes her keenly aware of the challenges faced by insurers. Lauren attended the University of Notre Dame where she graduated, cum laude, from the honors track with degrees in history and psychology. Prior to attending law school, she worked for a large law firm for several years. After receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, she clerked for the Honorable Chris McAliley in the United States District Court in the Southern District.
