S. LaRue Williams was born in Jacksonville, Florida where he attended high school. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a B.S.B.A. degree and graduated from the University of Florida College of Law. In 1970, he joined the law firm of Kinsey, Vincent, Pyle, P.L. \"KVP\". In 1975 he became the Managing Partner. Today, he is Co-Managing Partner of KVP.
