H. Micheal Wright was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona and attended Arizona State University where he received a degree in business administration. He then attended the University of Arizona College of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 1975. Mr. Wright has continued to specialize in Personal Injury Litigation and was given the highest rating by an attorney rating service in 1986. This rating is based upon lawyer peer review and is the highest rating for legal ability and ethics, a rating that is given to approximately the top 5% of lawyers nationwide. In 1985, he was awarded Certification as a Specialist in Injury and Wrongful Death by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization with the first group of lawyers given the opportunity to be recognized as having specialized knowledge and experience in this field of practice. Since 1988, Gerard M. Wrynn has focused his practice in areas of wills, trusts and estates. With experience in all aspects of estate planning, trust and estate administration, including New York State Surrogate's Court Proceedings and proceedings in the Connecticut Probate Courts. Mr. Wrynn's expertise ranges from the simple to complex. His extensive experience dealign with the Internal Revenue Service, New York State Department of Taxation and Finance and the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services, on many varied matters, including the processing and audit of estate and gift tax returns, benefits clients at both the agent and appeals levels. Steven F. Wukovits was raised in Union, New Jersey, and graduated from Seton Hall University. He was awarded a Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in 1987, and is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey. From 1989 to 1994, Mr. Wukovits served as an Assistant Essex County Prosecutor and Special Deputy Attorney General. He gained extensive litigation experience prosecuting a wide range of criminal cases. In 1995, the New Jersey Supreme Court designated Mr. Wukovits a certified Criminal Trial Attorney. As the principal litigator of the firm\'s Federal and State criminal defense work, Mr. Wukovits was reappointed as a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney in July 2002. Area of Practice: Mineral Law Dave Wulfers has represented small to medium sized companies in executive employment, corporate governance, shareholder/partner/member matters, matters involving confidentiality and matters involving digital forensics. He has also represented personal representatives in probate matters and trustees in trust administration matters. His practice has also included representation of individuals in preparation of and changes to their estate plans.
