Attorney John “JB” Brown is more than just a lawyer—he’s an advocate, a protector, and a voice for the injured. Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, JB’s roots run deep in the very communities he serves. His story is one of resilience, hard work, and a relentless commitment to justice, shaped by the values instilled in him by his family. A product of Savannah-Chatham Public Schools, JB honed his discipline and grit as a basketball player at Sol C. Johnson High School before earning a scholarship to Liberty University. But his true calling was in the courtroom—fighting for those who have been wronged, overlooked, or taken advantage of. A Legacy of Hard Work and Service JB comes from a long line of builders, educators, and community leaders. His maternal grandfather, an entrepreneur from Vaughn, Mississippi, and his paternal grandfather, Walter “Contractor” Brown, a builder from Daufuskie Island, dedicated their lives to creating opportunities for others. His parents followed in their footsteps—his mother spent 30 years shaping young minds as an educator, and his father, a proud veteran, served the people of Savannah for over 20 years as a mail carrier. Their unwavering work ethic, integrity, and commitment to service shaped JB’s view of the world. They taught him that a person’s worth isn’t measured by words, but by the actions they take to uplift others—a principle that guides his practice of law today. A Career Built on Fighting for the Injured JB began his legal career at one of Savannah’s most respected personal injury law firms, first as a case manager and later as an attorney. There, he quickly gained a reputation for fierce advocacy and compassionate representation, ensuring that his clients weren’t just another case number. He made it his mission to fight for those who couldn’t fight for themselves, securing fair settlements and verdicts for thousands of clients. After years of dedicated service, JB relocated to Augusta, Georgia, where he continued to build deep connections with the community. He understood the struggles that hardworking families faced after an injury—the lost wages, the mounting medical bills, the uncertainty of the future—and he knew they needed a lawyer who would stand beside them, not just as an attorney, but as an ally. With over a decade of experience and more than 4,000 cases successfully resolved, JB has recovered millions of dollars for injury victims across Georgia and South Carolina. But for him, success isn’t just about numbers—it’s about helping people reclaim their lives. He personally investigates cases, meets with doctors, and ensures that no detail is overlooked, because every client’s story matters. Unlike larger firms that shuffle cases around, JB keeps his caseload intentionally small to ensure that every client gets the attention they deserve. When you work with John Brown Law Firm, you’ll have direct access to JB—not just a case manager or assistant. You’ll have a lawyer who listens, understands, and fights as if your case were his own. A Commitment to Community and Future Generations JB hasn’t forgotten where he comes from. As a proud Boys and Girls Club alumnus, he continues to support youth mentorship programs and initiatives that open doors for inner-city children. He believes that every child deserves a shot at success, just as he was given, and that strong communities are built by those willing to lift others up. Representation Matters—And So Do You When you seek counsel from John Brown Law Firm, you are choosing a firm that truly cares. Whether you’ve been injured in a car accident, hurt on the job, or suffered due to someone else’s negligence, you deserve justice, respect, and a legal team that genuinely cares about your future. If you’re looking for more than just a lawyer—if you want an advocate, a fighter, and someone who will treat you like family—then JB and his team are ready to stand by your side.
