Robert N. Cappucci is a partner in the Firm’s Securities Litigation Department. His practice is concentrated on the representation of institutional investors in complex securities matters. Mr. Cappucci has served as lead counsel in many prominent securities, derivative and corporate transaction-related cases, representing investment advisory firms, hedge funds, public pension systems and other sophisticated institutions. In recent years, he has been instrumental in securing more than $5 billion on behalf of such clients.

Rene was born and raised in Colorado. She received her undergraduate degree from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York and then moved back to Denver to attend law school. Rene received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law and is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado.Rene is a lawyer specializing in helping her clients through the various steps of their legal needs, taking a holistic approach to each unique client. Lori Cardew-Lowers serves as General Counsel for Southeast Petro Distributor, where she plays a pivotal role in guiding stakeholders through complex real estate transactions, leasing arrangements, and land use matters. With extensive experience in real estate law, Ms. Lowers has been instrumental in helping developers bring multi-use commercial and residential projects to completion. In addition to her real estate expertise, Ms. Lowers advises company leadership on a wide range of corporate and business issues and collaborates with outside counsel on litigation-related matters. Her legal career includes valuable experience working with developers and serving as a team member in both boutique and international law firms, further enriching her strategic and practical approach to legal challenges.
