His main activities are often dedicated to supervising and checking the international coordination of legal teams or supervising and watching over the professional activities of the local teams in order to meet and achieve the most sophisticated requests and goals of the international top clients, also in the financial sectors and in the interest of the HNWI and UHNWI. He participated often in the incorporation and setting up of new branches and subsidiaries in different countries in the light of the common coordination to a growth worldwide of the local entities with the HQs.

Doug Coe is a third generation Wichitan with a passion to help clients achieve the peace of mind and knowledge that all of their ducks are in a row. Doug went to Wichita Collegiate School, Trinity University as a Baker Duncan Scholar, and the University of Kansas School of Law where he served as the Managing Editor of the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy. ?Early in his career, Doug worked at a leading regional firm where he saw a very broad range of cases. Later he worked at a national firm as a local specialist in their Tax, Trusts, and Estates department. As the founder of Legacy Legal, LLC, Doug focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, trust work, and the related fields.

Ms. Coe joined MPW in October 2006 in the role of Associate General Counsel. She worked with Jimmy Peck (Former General Counsel & Current General Manager) to form MPWs Legal Department. Ms. Coe was promoted to General Counsel in March 2009 and Secretary in January 2010. Since November 2010 she has also been the Corporate Director of Health & Safety. Prior to joining MPW, Stefanie was an Assistant City Attorney in Columbus, Ohio. Stefanie graduated in 2001 from the University of Dayton with a bachelors degree in communication with minors in political science and womens studies. She received her juris doctor degree from The Ohio State Universitys Michael E. Moritz College of Law in 2004.
