Estefania Laurita, a partner at the Immigration Advocates, is a licensed attorney in FL, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Pol. Science from Florida Atlantic University and a J.D. from Barry University School of Law. Throughout her academic journey, Estefania demonstrated strong leadership in organizations such as the American Constitution Society and the Hispanic American Law Student Association. Her active involvement in the Immigration Clinic resulted in the successful prevention of a client’s deportation. Beyond her legal pursuits, Mrs. Laurita is deeply dedicated to community service. Her passion for immigration law is deeply personal, rooted in her own experience as a DACA Recipient. Estefania is determined to channel this commitment into serving clients at The Immigration Advocates, where she brings her expertise and firsthand understanding to make a meaningful impact.

Recognized by clients and colleagues for effectiveness of his counsel, ROMAN LEE is a seasoned immigration attorney representing businesses and individuals across the United States and abroad. For nearly 25 years, Roman has handled thousands of cases in complex work visa, family immigration, green card and naturalization matters. Regardless of business or individual, Roman’s clients are confident to return to Roman and often refer their colleagues, friends and family to Roman whenever they need help with immigration concerns, issues, and challenges. John is a Partner in our Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on employment-based immigration and he handles many of the firm’s inadmissibility/removal cases. John is also the Partner in charge of the firm’s Pro Bono practice and in this capacity he leads the firm’s commitment to community outreach efforts by handling asylum, SIJS, DACA, and U-visa matters. He regularly partners with non-profit organizations such as domestic violence shelters and organizations that help unaccompanied minor children. Prior to joining T&S, John was a Senior Associate at a large international immigration firm where he focused on all aspects of employment-based immigration, removal and inadmissibility matters, naturalization cases, and family-based cases. He also handled many of the firm’s EB-5 matters, including successfully designating several Regional Centers and successfully representing both individual investors and Regional Center investors. John also has extensive experience with matters involving immigration litigation before the EOIR, BIA as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. John is certified as a Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California.

Angel Lisinski is a decorated lawyer with the experience and reputation to achieve great results. She graduated Summa Cum Laude—which is the highest possible honor one can receive upon graduation—from not only college, but also law school. She is a double Buckeye, having gone to college and law school at The Ohio State University.
