Elizaveta Samorukova has been the firm's founder and lead attorney since 2007. Elizabeth was born in Odessa, but spent her entire childhood in Chukotka, Russia. After graduating from a Russian school, at the age of 17, Elizabeth came to the United States as an exchange student. She lived with an American family, immersed herself in an American environment, and attended an American school. Having received a diploma from an American school, Elizabeth successfully entered a local college in the State of Florida, and then to the University. Elizaveta holds a Juris Doctor ( JD ) degree and a Certificate of Specialization in International Law from Stetson Law School in 2004. In addition, Elizaveta Samorukova holds a Masters in Business Administration (“ MBA ”) from from Stetson University in 2004 and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration ( Bachelor Degree ) with a minor in International Business from the University of Central Florida ( University of Central Florida ), 2001. And this whole educational process took not much, not a little - 8 years! And what is most interesting, while Elizabeth was going through all her education, she went through various immigrant visas. It all started with an exchange student visa, J-1. Then Elizabeth had an L-2 visa, since Elizabeth's father had been doing business in the United States for some time. Then Elizabeth switched to an F-1 student visa (because L-2 can only be up to 21 years old). After graduation, Elizabeth found a job, and, accordingly, transferred to a work visa H-1B. Apparently, therefore, immigration law became a vocation for Elizabeth, as she personally faced all the difficulties of obtaining various visas and a US green card. A few more years later, Elizabeth opened her personal law firm, which has continued to help immigrants from all over the world since 2007. Now Elizabeth has long been a US citizen, Elizabeth has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 2005. She has also been eligible to practice before the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 2006. Lawyer Samorukova is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Florida Bar Association and the American Association of Russian-Speaking Lawyers. In 2021, Elizaveta released a book - "HOW TO MOVE TO LIVE IN THE USA", written by immigration lawyer Elizaveta Samorukova and business broker Nikolai Safonov. This step-by-step guide describes in detail all the legal ways to immigrate to the United States, as well as: how the business immigration process works; how to overcome endless doubts in making decisions about moving to America; how to minimize risks; and how to save resources: time and money. Since 2018, Elizaveta has been organizing and speaking at various international seminars on immigration to the United States. Elizabeth has conducted a series of educational lectures on American immigration law for residents of the US, Ukraine, Russia, and China. In 2022, Elizaveta hosted a large number of charity seminars and provided free assistance to Ukrainians who fled and suffered in connection with the hostilities in Ukraine. Since 2017, Elizaveta Samorukova has been participating in question and answer sessions on Russian Radio and on the popular immigration forum RUBIK. Ms. Samorukova provides expert opinions on immigration issues in the reports of the Voice of America, an online information resource that offers news, analytics, and reporting on the United States and the countries of the post-Soviet space. Voice of America broadcasts in forty-five languages ??of the world with an audience of over 115 million people. Also, Elizaveta acts as an expert on immigration issues on the RTVi TV channel - international media in Russian. Since 2015, Elizabeth has been conducting business immigration seminars for investors interested in obtaining visas and residence permits in the United States through the acquisition of an existing business in America.
