Cyndi founded Crocker Law Firm with her husband and law partner, Ben Crocker. She has represented people who have been injured for more than 25 years. Cyndi is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Tennessee. Cyndi received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Kentucky in 1988. She was the President of the University of Kentucky Student Government in 1987 and served as the student member of the University Of Kentucky Board Of Trustees. Cyndi graduated from the University Of Kentucky College Of Law in 1992, where she was an editor of the Kentucky Law Journal and was recognized as the outstanding student of Torts, the area of law including personal injury. Cyndi is a past president of the Bowling Green/Warren County Bar Association. In 1998 the bar association awarded Cyndi the Gwen Davis Award for Outstanding Public Service, recognizing her work in securing grants and organizing free legal educational programming for the community. Cyndi grew up in many places, but graduated from North Hardin High School in Radcliff, Kentucky in 1983. Her father, Mike Weaver, is a retired Army officer, former Kentucky State Representative, and is currently mayor of Radcliff. Her mother, Lois Weaver, is a retired high school teacher and guidance counselor (North Hardin), and elementary principal (St. Christopher’s). Cyndi has three sisters: Rebecca Clarke, Kate Graves, and Col. Teresa Wardell (Ret., US Army). Mike and Lois Weaver are both from Daviess County, Kentucky and Cyndi has a large extended family in Owensboro Cyndi and Ben met and married while they were both law students at UK. They have three adult sons, Alex, Drew, and Reed.
