Dana’s practice predominately focuses on Family Law and Matrimonial although she is adept at tackling other areas of law when they intersect with a divorce action. Dana practiced commercial litigation before landing in Family Law. Early on in her career she left the private sector to work for the Administration for Children’s Services (“ACS”) where she prosecuted child abuse and neglect cases in New York City. In addition to focusing on child protection, Dana honed her trial skills doing countless hearings and advocating on behalf of her clients. After the birth of her first child, Dana left ACS in 2002 and returned to the private sector, practicing solely Family and Matrimonial Law and adding Mediation to her practice. Dana fully appreciates the emotional complexity involved in matters having to do with family, marriage, finances and domestic violence. Each case is unique and carries with it a particular set of circumstance. Dana is especially skilled at understanding the nuances of each matter and employs an unusual combination of strength and sensitivity for her clients.

Area of Practice: Employment Law, Personal Injury, Small Business Outside Counsel Attorney Christine Forsythe has been a licensed attorney for over a decade, practicing in both Georgia and Florida. She has worked in the criminal and civil arena, but spent the vast majority of her career as a trial attorney/litigator for one of the largest insurance companies in the United States. She brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients, and her cases. In her most recent role prior to starting her law firm, Attorney Forsythe served as In-house Claims and Litigation Counsel for a national company, managing risk, a decentralized claims department and claims including (general liability, motor vehicle, crime, cyber, workers’ compensation, and employment practices liability), and managed all of the company’s litigation. Attorney Forsythe worked closely with the head of HR and HR Managers to manage and oversee a vast variety of employment law claims on behalf of the company. Attorney Forsythe has significant experience handling cases from beginning to end, and has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict. She has also zealously represented her clients to resolve cases at mediation. Attorney Forsythe obtained her law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, she demonstrated her skills and passion for oral advocacy by representing her law school in both Moot Court and Mock Trial competitions throughout the country. In her final year at UGA Law, she was selected to join the Joseph Henry Lumpkin Inn of Court, a prestigious reward offered for superb advocacy. Attorney Forsythe obtained her undergraduate degree from Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia, graduating magna cum laude, with a B.A. in Communication, and a Minor in English. Attorney Forsythe is a wife, and a mom to an active son. In her spare time, she loves to travel, meet new people, and explore different cultures.

He recently spoke on Divorce Procedure & Settlement Agreements: A Quick Guide to Navigating Family Court Rules and Procedures. A native of Syracuse, NY, William (Bill) Fortino practices family law, including divorce, child custody, visitation, child support, property division, adoption, and other domestic cases. ? Bill was named a 2022 Platinum Client Champion by Martindale-Hubbell. Bill was also named as the best Family Law Attorney in Lexington County for 2024 and Midlands Legal Elite in 2024.

Christine A. Foster has been devoted to representing injured workers since 1992. Prior to opening her own law practice, she worked for the Office of the Attorney General representing the Department of Labor and Industries. She is a member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association, Washington Associate for Justice (WSAJ) and listed in Who’s Who in American Law. Christine has spoken before both peer and community groups on workers’ compensation, trial strategy and the overlap between employment law and workers’ compensation. She is a contributing author to the Workers’ Compensation Deskbook for Attorneys (2009) with her chapter on total disability (time loss and pension benefits). Ms. Foster graduated, cum laude, from the University of Puget Sound, School of law, now Seattle University, in 1988.
