William J. Flores was born and raised in Pinellas County, Florida. Before attending Stetson Law School, Wil Graduated from the Criminal Justice Academy magnet program, at Pinellas Park High School, and thereafter-attended University of South Florida, where he earned his B. A. in Criminology. Wil is also a graduate of the University of Miami Paralegal Studies Program, a former Undergraduate Intern of the Pinellas County State Attorney’s Office, and former file clerk/paralegal for an insurance defense law firm for over 2 years. During Law School Wil Worked with a local personal injury firm and graduated in May of 2014. Wil is currently a Candidate for LLM in Advocacy at Stetson Law School, and practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, and Family Law in Pinellas County, Florida.

He received his B.A. from Ball State University where he was captain of the varsity soccer team and President of the University’s largest social fraternity (Sigma Phi Epsilon). He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 1980 where he won the school Moot Court competition and was a State Moot Court finalist. He has remained actively involved with the law school since graduation, having served as an Adjunct Professor in Trial Practice. Wil has lectured to trial groups across the Country. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas (1980) and Florida (1982). He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. He has been Board Certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer by both The Florida Bar since 1988 and The National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1990. Wil is also Board Certified as a Civil Pretrial Practice Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Cheryl B. Flowers has been a practicing family law attorney in South Florida for 20 years. With an extensive experience handling complicated matters such as high net worth divorce and contentious custody cases and understands how to navigate such delicate matters efficiently. Steven Floyd has 20 years of experience in trial work and handling personal injury, automobile and trucking accidents, workers’ compensation and domestic cases. His undergraduate degree is in Business Resource Management, cum laude from Troy State University. He also has an Associate degree in Fire Science from Wallace Community College. He graduated from Jones School of Law in December 1997 and was admitted into the practice of law in May 1998. He further served on the Jones Law Review. Mr. Floyd's main area of practice is personal injury, including auto and 18-wheeler accidents, workers compensation, medical malpractice and domestic. He has also represented many slip-and-fall victims, as well as victims of fraud. He has a heart for injured Alabama workers as the law is especially challenging against their interests. Mr. Floyd strives to provide his clients with a fair assessment of their cases, a clear direction to success and the highest level of professionalism.

Chad A. Foisset joined the firm in 2020 with 20 years of professional experience, including 16 years engaged in the practice of law at Price Law Firm, LLC, and four years of service as a tax consultant in Big Four public accounting. With his prior service in a general law practice, Mr. Foisset has extensive experience in assisting individuals and businesses over a variety of legal areas, including Family Law, Estate Planning, Business Formation and Planning, Probate, Consumer Bankruptcy, and general civil litigation. Originally from Granville, Ohio, Chad earned his Bachelor's degree from Miami University (B.A., 1996), and law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law (J.D., 1999). He is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, and in the United States Tax Court. Mr. Foisset is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association, where he is involved in the Family Law, Probate Law, and Bankruptcy Law committees. He is a past member of the Judicial Liaison Committee to the United States Bankruptcy Court in Columbus.
