Anthony Emanuel is a partner of the law firm of Bornstein & Emanuel, P.C. He attended Hofstra University for both his undergraduate and law degrees. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University’s prestigious School of Law. Mr. Emanuel was admitted to the Bar in 1988.

Shameeza S. Embrey has eleven (11) years legal experience as a paralegal in a variety of general practice areas, including but not limited to, civil litigation, real property, family law and collections law. Mrs. Embrey is the owner of the Law Office of Shameeza S. Embrey,LLC. Prior to starting her own firm, she was a Paralegal, Realtor and Guardian Ad Litem in FL. Mrs. Embrey is a graduate of FAMU College of Law in Orlando, FL. While attending law-school in the evenings, she completed Trial practice, worked as a paralegal full time in the day all while carrying her son to full term and caring for her daughter while her U.S. Navy husband was away serving our country. Prior to Law School Mrs. Embrey earned her Bachelors from Keiser University.

Matthew Emerson has been a practicing trial lawyer for over nineteen years. He has been trial counsel on numerous cases resulting in jury verdicts, judgments, or settlements in excess of $1,000,000.00. Matt received his juris doctorate degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1993 where he graduated cum laude. During law school, he received numerous awards including Deans Lists, honors scholarships, and book awards. Following a clerkship, he was hired as an associate attorney with Rwyant, Alvarez, Jones, Russo & Guyton, P.A., a well-respected law firm in Tampa, Florida. During his time with the Rwyant law firm, he represented numerous insurance companies, including Auto Owners Insurance Company, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, Michigan Millers Insurance Company, Geico Insurance Company, and Travelers Insurance Company, and gained valuable insight as to how insurance companies evaluate and value claims by injured parties.
