Brad Gordon is the managing partner of the firm’s Chicago office. He focuses his practice on litigation, representing the interests of corporations and insurance companies throughout the United States. Mr. Gordon has extensive experience in all phases of complex litigation, as well as aggregation of mass tort claims. In addition to handling subrogation matters involving product failures and construction defects, Mr. Gordon has also prosecuted high-profile claims involving Ford Ignition Switches, Ford Speed Control Deactivation Switches and Torchiere Halogen Lamps. Mr. Gordon takes great pride in his long-standing relationships with clients as he leads them through all phases of litigation. He is also well-versed in resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution in forums such as the American Arbitration Association and Inter-Company Arbitration. Mr. Gordon is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Indiana and Minnesota. Mitchell works exclusively in the area of family law. He has significant experience dealing with both parenting-related and financial litigation. Peta-Gay Gordon, Esq. received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she was the Development Editor for the Southern California Review of Law and Women’s Studies, and her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a dual major in Psychology and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College. Ms. Gordon was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2005 and joined the Trusts & Estates firm, Oldman, Cooley, Sallus, Birnberg, Coleman & Gold, L.L.P., in February 2006 -- becoming a partner in 2013. Ms. Gordon currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. She is the former Vice President of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law Alumni Association Board, and a former President of the Jamaica Awareness Association of California. She is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles for which she serves as a mentor.
