A native Oklahoman, Kelli grew up in Midwest City, graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University, and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa. Employment Law and Real Estate Law Laurie A. Kemp is the co-owner of Momentum Title Agency and Kemp Law Offices and Of Counsel at Church, Langdon, Lopp and Banet Law. In addition to her real estate practice where she assists lenders, real estate agents and individuals in commercial and residential purchases and refinances, Laurie also handles an employment law practice where she represents and defends local employers in human resource and employment law matters. Laurie assists clients with implementing proactive and effective strategies for handling day-to-day employment issues including disciplinary matters, terminations, investigations, and policy review. She also works with clients to develop and conduct in-house trainings for employees and management. Laurie practices in all state and federal courts in Kentucky and Indiana, handling a variety of employment cases stemming from discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation claims as well as contract and restrictive covenant disputes.
