Parker W. Maxwell is a founding member of Langley, Parks & Maxwell, LLC. Mr. Maxwell?s practice principally involves the areas of commercial litigation, oil and gas, real estate, labor and employment, family law and general business transactional matters. As a native of Shreveport, Mr. Maxwell is both knowledgeable and passionate about the area, which has led him to provide assistance, advice and solutions to many individuals and local businesses across Shreveport/Bossier. Mr. Maxwell received his law degree, cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2013, and his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Maxwell practiced with Hargrove, Smelley, Strickland & Langley, where he honed in his oil and gas, real estate and business practice. David Mayer is the managing partner of Monsees & Mayer, P.C. Davids practice concentrates on the safety of children and the elderly. David has represented numerous children who have been sexually abused by ministers, day care employees, family members and teachers; handicapped children who have been neglected or abused, injury to the elderly from negligent nursing homes, injuries at swimming facilities and insurance coverage issues. Monica Mazzei is a Shareholder in Buchalter’s San Francisco office and the chair of the Firm’s Family Law group. Monica is a Certified Family Law Specialist representing high net worth clients. She represents clients throughout California, with a concentration in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, as well as Los Angeles. Monica specializes in dissolution actions involving complicated valuation and financial matters, and complex community property and support issues, including international issues, dissolutions of marriage matters involving hedge funds, private equity, venture capital and privately held businesses. She drafts and negotiates cohabitation agreements, pre-marital and post-marital agreements. As a mediator for pre-marital agreements, Monica helps to identify the thoughts and concerns of both parties in a non-confrontational setting.
