Born and raised on the prairie of Western Minnesota, Jason spent his summers on his uncle’s farm, which taught him the importance of getting the job done right the first time. While still a high school student, Jason enlisted in the Army Reserve and went on to serve as an Army Intelligence Analyst after graduation. Then he pursued his education at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, becoming a High School social studies teacher in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. During these two years, he realized his deep-rooted desire to help others resolve their problems, which led him to pursue his dream of becoming a lawyer. In 2000, Jason graduated from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. After gaining valuable experience at the Dakota County Attorney’s Office, Jason realized the crucial need for personalized attention and genuine empathy in the legal profession. This understanding motivated him to take up a position in the private sector. After nearly a decade of service at a top-tier boutique trial firm in Southern Minnesota, he decided to help clients in a different way and opened his own firm in 2008. Since its inception, Kohlmeyer Hagen has evolved into one of the busiest and largest family and criminal defense firms in Southern Minnesota.

Jennifer Koiles is an experienced, dedicated, and highly respected family law attorney serving clients throughout Eastern Massachusetts. Fedor Kozlov is our founding partner and chief litigator at The Law Office of Fedor Kozlov, P.C. With over ten years of legal experience practicing as an Illinois attorney, Fedor concentrates in the fields of matrimonial and family law, such as: contested and uncontested divorces, maintenance, property division, identifying and valuing businesses assets, child support, domestic violence, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Fedor Kozlov graduated Magna Cum Laude from Michigan State University, School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Northern District of Illinois, and Eastern District of Michigan. Before founding the law firm, Mr. Kozlov worked at several different Chicago law firms. He received his externship experience at Cook County Office of Public Defender. Before becoming an attorney Mr. Kozlov developed excellent negotiation skills by volunteering at different non-profit organizations. Fedor Kozlov had also worked as an advocate for women victims of domestic violence at Eve, Inc., Lansing, Michigan. Fedor Kozlov is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and the International Bar Association. In the years 2015 and 2016, Fedor Kozlov was voted by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys to be one of the 10 best Lawyers in Illinois in client satisfaction. In 2016 Fedor Kozlov was recognized and distinguished by the “Who is Who” Directory as a Top Attorney of North America. Carly Krasner Leizerson practices in all areas of matrimonial and family law including high conflict financial cases, child custody, relocation, child support modification actions, and the negotiation of prenuptial and separation agreements. She has also appeared before the Federal Courts in actions brought pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of Child Abduction. A litigator by training, she is a zealous advocate for her clients. Her deep understanding of the unique emotional and financial challenges facing families and individuals during the separation and divorce process allows her to find creative out-of-court solutions whenever possible, and her litigation background provides her with the tools and experience to aggressively litigate cases through trial and appeals, when necessary. Beginning in 2018, Carly has been recognized by her peers in Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in the areas of matrimonial and family law, and in 2019, she was recognized by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys as a “Top 10 Under 40”. Prior to joining the Firm, Carly was an associate at McLaughlin & Stern, LLP, where she practiced matrimonial and family law. Carly received her law degree, cum laude from Pace University School of Law in 2012, where she was the Symposium and Submissions Editor of the Pace International Law Review. Carly is a member of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
