I bring a unique perspective to the practice of immigration law with years of legal and government experience including working with foreign governments. Attorneys licensed to practice law in any state can practice national immigration law and I am licensed in both the District of Columbia and Kentucky. I am also a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar and the federal districts for the Western District of Texas and the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. I am a member of other organizations including the American Immigration Lawyers Association (including the Texas and Midsouth local chapters), American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, San Antonio (TX) Bar Association and Louisville (KY) Bar Association.

Joshua is an Associate at Crumbley-Blackwell-Price Attorney practicing immigration law. Joshua was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama. After graduating from Huntsville High School, he attended The University of Alabama for both his undergraduate degree and J.D. At Alabama, he graduated from the business school magna cum laude with majors in Economics and Spanish. In law school, Joshua was a member of Alabama’s national trial competition team and the Christian Legal Society. Joshua’s time abroad in college and his enjoyment of foreign language prompted him to pursue a career practicing immigration law. In addition to his knowledge of the criminal justice system, Joshua has experience working on a variety of immigration issues such as family and tourist visas, removal defense, and asylum

Attorney Cruz concentrates her practice in representing individuals in a variety of matters in State and Federal Court.
