Talia is an expert in immigration law, having worked in the field of immigration since 2010. She has experience in all fields of immigration law, including transactional employment-based immigration, nonimmigrant visas, labor certifications and removal defense. Her primary passion involves keeping families united, which is why she specializes in family-based immigration matters, DACA and U-Visas. Talia believes that preparation is critical to providing exemplary advocacy for each client. She is meticulous in her presentation of cases, whether in trial before Immigration Judges, or in the process of obtaining permanent residency and citizenship before the US Citizenship and Immigration Service.

Rosaly is the president and attorney at Chaviano Law Firm, P.A. She represents clients in the areas of business and family immigration law, removal proceedings, consular processing, and naturalization. Rosaly was born in Santa Clara, Cuba. She came to the United States through the diversity visa lottery. Rosaly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Florida International University (magna cum laude). Rosaly earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where she received the Faculty Recognition Award, the Excellence in Service to the Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic Award, and the Pro Bono Service Award. While at Florida International University College of Law, Rosaly interned for Catholic Legal Services and Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic, where she represented detained and non-detained clients in immigration court proceedings, conducted research, and drafted briefs and motions. Rosaly also interned for the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA) at the Krome Detention Center, where she assisted the trial attorneys during master and individual hearings, conducted research, and drafted motions. Rosaly has worked as an immigration attorney for more than 7 years. She worked as an associate attorney for Fonte Friz-Garcia Immigration for more than 3 years, where she represented clients in the areas of business and family immigration. Rosaly is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), where she is serving as a board member, Chair of the CBP-Border Patrol Committee, Chair of the Luncheons Committee, and Vice-Chair of the New Member Division Committee. Moreover, she is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) and the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA). Rosaly is fluent in English and Spanish.

Fabiola Cini, a Partner at Margaret W. Wong & Associates, LLC, received her Law Degree from The University of Tirana Law School in Tirana, Albania in 1997, and her Master of Laws Degree from the Magistrates’ School in Tirana in 2000- the first school of its kind in Albania founded with the support of the European Union. She served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Court of First Instance in Tirana, Albania from 1998-1999 and was thereafter appointed as a judge for the Fier Court of First Instance in Albania where she worked for about three years handling both criminal and civil matters. While attending the Magistrates’ School and working as a Judge in Albania, Mrs. Cini completed several training courses offered by various organizations in Europe such as the European Council of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France; Judicial institutions in Stuttgart, Germany; Zurich, Switzerland; the Legionowo Academy in Poland and the Superior International Institute of Criminal Sciences in Syracuse, Italy with focus on Human Rights, judicial system and fighting against organized crimes. In addition, she participated in professional enhancement programs and obtained certifications in the field of International Secured Transactions, International Public and Trade Law. Mrs. Cini joined the firm as part of our litigation team in 2005. After completing an LL.M law degree at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2013, she passed the Ohio Bar in 2014, and joined the firm as an associate attorney. Long familiar with Fabiola Cini’s excellence, the firm was pleased to invite her to shareholder status in 2016. Mrs. Cini represents clients in a variety of immigration cases in front of Federal District Courts, Courts of Appeals, Board of Immigration Appeals, Immigration Courts, Department of State and USCIS offices throughout the country . She is also part of the office management. Mrs. Cini has taught Immigration Law as Adjunct Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She has served as Treasurer for AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) Executive Committee for the Ohio Chapter and as Ohio Chapter AILA asylum liaison.
