Attorney Robert K. Hoffman is a Houston-native born of immigrant parents from Costa Rica and is fluent in English and Spanish. He graduated from Langham Creek High School in Cypress, Texas in 1999. He then attended Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of the Arts in International Studies and Political Science with a minor in United States History. Upon his graduation, he traveled to Washington, DC and worked on the 2004 Presidential Campaign. Following the elections, Mr. Hoffman returned to Houston and enrolled at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. Mr. Hoffman graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2009. Mr. Hoffman gained prior experience in immigration law working at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. As a Staff Attorney with Catholic Charities, Mr. Hoffman worked with Unaccompanied Minors, Refugees, Victims of Domestic Violence, Victims of Human Trafficking, and applicants for DACA.

Soheila Hosseini is admitted to practice law in the California Supreme Court, California State Superior Courts, and all federal courts in the United States.
