Eduardo did his BA in Social Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico, and then moved to law school at the Interamerican University Law School in Puerto Rico. He worked full time in the family business while studying. Once he graduated law school, he moved to Los Angeles CA to work under contract for various law firms. Years later he relocated to Virginia in 2004 and opened his office JDP Immigration PC on August of 2005. He has written two books for Spanish speaking immigrants to assist them in the transition from their country of origin to USA. He has a weekly newspaper column, full page, at the newspaper "Horizontes" in Virginia, that is distributed all around Virginia, parts of Maryland and West Virginia. He has been interviewed in various local radio shows as well as TV News programs in matters of immigration. Eduardo speaks perfect Spanish, some Italian and a little French. His hobby, besides work, is learning new languages and is now trying Russian.
