Attorney Karina Perez Ilic is a member of the Florida State Bar and is admitted to practice in both the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Southern District. Attorney Ilic is an active member of the state and local bar, she was elected Program Director for the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association (TBTLA) in 2023. In 2022 Attorney Ilic was selected by the National Trial Lawyers Association for being a premier Civil Plaintiff Attorney with inclusion in their Top 100. As lead trial counsel for her client, she earned one of the top 100 jury verdicts in Florida for the year 2021. Carlos Perez-Hall is a Partner of the firm and a member of its Board of Directors. He Co-heads the firms' Landlord/Tenant division and is responsible for the Firm's practice in Bronx County. He represents a range of property owners who own units subject to various regulations, including but not limited to the rent stabilization code, the rent control law, and various affordable housing programs. His clients range from residential and commercial properties, low income tax developments, supportive housing programs, Mitchell-Lama Cooperatives, Housing Development Finance Corporations, free market cooperatives and condo’s as well as small unregulated properties. He is intimately familiar with the various forms of section 8, city/state government subsidies. Most recently, he has helped his clients navigate the newly enacted Good Cause Eviction Law. Mr. Perez-Hall also defends property owners against lawsuits and code infractions issued by various administrative agencies in New York State and City, such as the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the Department of Housing and Community Renewal, and the Department of Buildings. He is a member of the Puerto Rican Bar Association (PRBA) was the 58th President of the PRBA. He is also a member of the Bronx Bar Association and currently serves on its Judiciary Committee. Over his 8 years as Chair of the PRBA Judiciary Committee, Mr. Perez-Hall served on various judiciary committees and special task forces for the City Bar, New York State Bar, and (as a representative of the PRBA) several NYS Democratic Party judicial screening panels for Civil and Supreme Court. In 2025, Mr. Perez-Hall was appointed to the Housing Advisory Council for the 3rd time; (prior terms: 2013-2015 & 2019-2021). The Council is responsible for screening candidates who seek to be appointed as a Judge in the Housing Court of New York City as well as screening sitting Housing Court Judges who are seeking re appointment to the bench. Mr. Perez-Hall is also a former member of the Character and Fitness Committee for the First Department where he interviewed individuals seeking admission to the Bar.
