Mr. McCauley received his undergraduate degree from Iona College and then went on to receive his J.D. from Pace University School of Law. Before graduating law school, Mr. McCauley was a NYPD officer assigned to Manhattan North, Queens North, and to the Deputy Commissioner of Legal Matters. Mr. McCauley is admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions: State of New York, Commonwealth of Massachusetts and District of Columbia, and before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Since Mr. McCauley is one of the healthy 9/11 First Responders, it is his privilege to work on behalf of those that are not to help assist them and their families.

Area of Practice: Estate Planning & Probate Ilene L. McCauley has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1982. She has been certified by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Taxation since 1983. She was named “Top Estate Planning Attorney” in the Valley 2011 through 2019 and has a “superb” rating from AVVO since 2015. Ms. McCauley is a member of Wealth Counsel. She was selected by the Tax Advisory Commission to serve an appointment on the Tax Advisory Commission of the State Bar of Arizona. Kenneth B. McClain is a nationally known personal injury trial lawyer. He has tried many high-profile cases and won numerous multi-million dollar verdicts. Mr. McClain’s total amount of awarded verdicts and negotiated settlements since 1986 exceed $1 billion. Born in Muncie, Indiana, Mr. McClellan attended the University of Florida and Indiana University on a track. cross country scholarship and completed his education at I.U. Bloomington. He returned to Muncie to practice with his father, Sidney McClellan and became a third-generation attorney in Muncie. For approximately twenty (20) years, he practiced primarily in the insurance defense field representing various insurance companies and their insureds throughout East Central, Indiana. Over the last approximate thirteen (13) years, his practice has made a transition primarily to personal injury and probate litigation. He still will take and try periodic high-profile criminal cases. Almost ninety-five percent (95%) if his practice is litigation. He does spend some of his practice time in probate that is not involving litigation.
