Tim J. Pollard is an attorney and the President of The Pollard Firm, a Professional Corporation. After serving as a Partner with the Orange County-based law firm TUCKER | POLLARD for eight years, Mr. Pollard left TUCKER | POLLARD and formed The Pollard Firm, APC, taking his expertise and passion for the law in a new direction. Mr. Pollard is an experienced litigator who approaches every legal issue with a calculated strategy, crafted after understanding his clients’ goals and best interests. Upon graduating from law school in 2010, Mr. Pollard served as an associate attorney for a Professional Law Corporation in Newport Beach, California where he represented clients exclusively in business and real estate-related legal matters. While attending law school Mr. Pollard served as a summer associate for JP Morgan Chase’s In-House legal counsel where he worked on nationwide collections matters and civil litigation. While working on his graduate degree, Mr. Pollard worked as a law clerk in La Jolla, California where he worked exclusively on personal injury matters.

Mr. Ponist started his career as a Deputy District Attorney with the Marin County District Attorney?s Office, where he tried more than 25 misdemeanor and felony cases to verdict. Thereafter, he was the Associate General Counsel for Marcus & Millichap, one of the largest commercial real estate brokerage companies, where he handled a wide range of real estate matters. Mr. Ponist later was a Principal at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy where he handled complex, high stakes commercial litigation. Prior to founding The Ponist Law Group, P.C., Mr. Ponist was a Partner at Peterson, Martin & Reynolds where he focused on real estate, construction and business litigation matters. Mr. Ponist represents clients in arbitration and litigation in a broad range of real estate and business disputes, including disputes concerning real estate sales and ownership, real estate brokerage, real estate development, construction and construction defect, title and boundary issues, commercial unlawful detainer and landlord-tenant issues as well as business contract and partnership disputes. He combines cost effective strategies and proven experience to achieve favorable settlements and winning results at arbitration and trial.

Pons Law PA is a law firm based in Miami-Dade County, providing legal representation for matters regarding Family Law, Estate Planning, and Landlord/Tenant disputes and transactions. Additionally, Jacqueline has had extensive experience in Healthcare Law on both a Federal and State Compliance level. Prior to becoming an attorney, Jacqueline had years of experience in these areas of law through her work as a certified paralegal. She received her paralegal Certificate from U.M. Law before beginning her legal education at Stetson Law where she received her J.D. It was during her work as a paralegal for a Family law solo practitioner where she received handson one on one training and developed a deep respect, admiration, and love for not only Family law but the legal profession as a whole. She is extremely dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals and in providing care with the upmost compassion, respect, and understanding to the difficulties faced during these times.

I was born in Victoria, TX and subsequently moved to Baton Rouge, LA. I graduated from Istrouma High in 1977 and went straight to work. At the age of 27, I married my husband, John. When I was 34 I had the opportunity of going to college for the first time. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1998 and then started at LSU Law School, graduating in 2001. Thereafter I passed the Louisiana State Bar Exam and have been practicing as a solo practitioner ever since, handling mostly family law, juvenile, and criminal matters. In 2004, I adopted my two sons, who are both now Eagle Scouts.
