Scott is an experienced trial attorney with a diverse and complex litigation practice, ranging from defending wrongful death and serious personal injury claims, to employment discrimination, insurance coverage, and commercial disputes. For over 30 years, Scott has successfully litigated cases throughout Missouri in Federal, State and administrative courts. ? Scott also represents clients in appellant matters. He serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the state of Missouri and has done so since 1999. Ms. Popovits has represented behavioral healthcare providers, physician practice clients, research organizations, governmental entities and trade associations in corporate transactions, corporate compliance, confidentiality, licensure, reimbursement, contracting, managed care, human resources, data-sharing, electronic records, HIPAA and public policy matters.
