Mr. Price graduated second in his high school class of over 700, and then did his undergraduate work at the University of California, at Los Angeles, majoring in Political Science and Business and graduating in 1989 in four years. Thereafter, Mr. Price attended and graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1992, and passed the California Bar Exam on the first try. After passing the California State Bar in 1992, he went to work for his father’s reputable Orange County law firm, Sikora & Price, where he practiced principally business litigation. In 1996, Mr. Price moved to the Sacramento area and, with fellow Pepperdine School of Law graduate Craig Ashton, formed the law firm of Ashton & Price. Mr. Price has been a member in good standing of the California State Bar since 1992, and is admitted to practice before all of the Superior Courts of California and the California Supreme Court, as well all of the Federal District and Appellate Courts of the 9th Circuit. Mr. Price has been engaged in civil litigation since passing the California State Bar in 1992. Since forming Ashton & Price, Mr. Price has successfully litigated claims involving motor vehicle accidents, big rig accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, boating accidents, dog bites, products liability, premises liability and slips and falls. Mr. Price has successfully litigated cases against major corporations and trucking companies, and has successfully litigated claims against the largest insurance companies such as State Farm, Allstate, Farmers Insurance, CSAA, Liberty Mutual and Mercury.
