In addition, Tina has extensive experience in toxic torts, product liability, intellectual property, bankruptcy, and other complex commercial litigation. Moreover, Tina has significant trial, appellate and alternative dispute resolution experience in all of the areas described above and is an AV-rated attorney[1] and has a preeminent 5.0 out of 5 client review rating. Tina is a frequent lecturer and has authored numerous publications on a variety of topics including ERISA, and life, health and disability insurance and Title VII related issues. Ms. Pett is a member of the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar and a member of the Life, Health & Disability Committee of the Defense Research Institute and served on the DRI’s Women in the Law Publication subcommittee.
