Josh was born in Poughkeepsie, New York and earned his Bachelor of Arts Cum Laude from SUNY University at Buffalo in 1997. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in 2000. Josh was admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States District Court – Southern District of New York in 2001. He moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2004 and received his LL. B. from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada National Committee on Accreditation. He was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2005, the New Brunswick Bar in 2014, the Newfoundland & Labrador Bar in 2015 and the Prince Edward Island Bar in 2017. A Partner at the firm, Josh practices Corporate and Commercial litigation emphasizing on Creditors’ Remedies, Debt Realization, Foreclosures, Powers of Sale and Security Enforcement. He also practices immigration with an emphasis on entry into the United States of America. Josh regularly appears on behalf of clients before the Courts within the Atlantic Provinces. Additionally, he has appeared in front of all levels of Court within the State of New York. Josh currently is a board member of the MacPhee Centre for Creative Learning in Dartmouth, a member of the Governance Committee of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society and a member of the Property Advisory Committee of the Law Society of New Brunswick.

Mr. Santos received his law degree from the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 1991. Mr. Santos is admitted to practice law in both Nevada (1991) and California (1992). He currently sits on the Board of Governors of the Nevada Association for Justice. Jonathan Coleman Sapp, Sr., is entering his twentieth year of practice as a personal injury lawyer. He founded The Sapp Law Firm, L.L.C., in 2003 after co-founding the law firm of Warren & Sapp in 2001 and working previously as an associate at the King & Warren firm as a personal injury attorney. Jonathan was born in Gadsden, Alabama on November 28, 1971, and graduated from Hewitt-Trussville High School in 1990. From there, he went on to The University of Alabama where he received his Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in psychology and minoring in biology.
