Terence Christian Scheurer, a graduate of Iona College and Touro Law School, is a Trial attorney specializing in the areas of matrimonial and family law for over 28 years. Mr. Scheurer is also experienced in general litigation, real estate, foreclosure defense, and wills, trusts and estates. Mr. Scheurer was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1994. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York. He took the road less travelled and immediately opened his own law practice upon graduating law school. Matthew A. Schiappa is a Partner who focuses his practice on representing plaintiffs in personal injury, medical malpractice and product defect cases. Mr. Schiappa also represents Petitioners in workers compensation matters. In 2013, Mr. Schiappa received the designation as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. He was admitted to the New York Bar and the New Jersey Bar in 1997 as well as the Pennsylvania Bar in 2007. Prior to joining Lomurro Davison, Mr. Schiappa was a partner of the law firm of Clemente Mueller, P.A. wherein he defended clients in asbestos, toxic tort, environmental and construction defect cases. For the last several years there, Mr. Schiappa began developing a practice representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice actions. Mr. Schiller earned a full four year Citadel Scholars Scholarship for academics to The Citadel. While there, Mr. Schiller excelled both in the classroom and in public service to his school and community. During his time in law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law, Mr. Schiller worked for a successful personal injury firm Lee, Eadon, Isgett and Popwell. It is there that Mr. Schiller developed the passion for serving injured families. While in law school Mr. Schiller served his fellow students and the student Senator to the University of South Carolina?s Student Senate.
