Robert’s practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, asset protection, probate, estate and trust administration, business formation and succession planning and real estate. Attorney Kimberly Kost Scanlon graduated from the University of Scranton (B.S. in Accounting 1999) and Widener University School of Law (J.D. 2003). After completing her formal education, Attorney Scanlon served as a law clerk for two years to the Honorable Carmen D. Minora, Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. Attorney Scanlon was also an adjunct professor at Lackawanna College in the Paralegal Studies Program from 2006 through 2008 and Keystone College in LaPlume, Pennsylvania, in the Business Management program. Attorney Scanlon currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Lackawanna County Bar Association, and she is a Past-President of the Young Lawyer’s Division of Lackawanna County Bar Association. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors to the Countryside Conservancy, a land conservation agency. Attorney Scanlon resides in Waverly, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Attorney Shane Scanlon and three children, Stella, Jack and Sullivan.
