Immigration Law

1615 S Congress Ave, Ste 103, Delray Beach, FL 33445

Attorney Andrew Sones brings his own immigration perspectives and immigration experiences to his practice of law, working exclusively in the field of immigration law in South Florida. ? A British national born in Ireland, Attorney Sones moved around extensively as a child, living in Dublin, the Middle East, Paris, and New York before his teenage years when his parents settled in the United Kingdom. After obtaining his Bachelors (Christchurch College) and Masters (University of Leicester) Degrees, he worked as a college soccer coach and professor, specializing in teaching and coaching methods, psychology, sociology, and sports management. Like many others, he sought a better life in the United States, moving there as a soccer coach on an H-2B visa, first taking an interest in immigration law when an H-1B visa petition filed on his behalf was denied. Fortunately, a second petition was successful, and so began his immigration journey and interest in immigration law. ? While traveling on his personal immigration path, Attorney Sones built a family of soccer organizations operating in and around the New York area, his companies securing a variety of work visas for hundreds of soccer trainers and coaches from around the world (through lawyers). His interest in immigration law grew with his continued need for work visas, which in time became law study, and eventually the completion of Bachelor of Laws and Juris Doctor degrees from the Northwestern California University School of Law. He is now admitted to the State Bar of California, licensed to practice immigration law anywhere in the United States and/or with any clients seeking to come to the United States and a current member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). ? Attorney Sones knows from personal experience that all immigration journeys are different, and each has its own unique challenges. With the lived experience of personal visa denials and approvals and having put food on the table for many years through a business entirely dependent upon the competent handling of immigration matters, he has an unusual breadth of perspective on immigration issues. Not only does he realize that the consequences of immigration decisions can be life-changing, but he has changed his own and built a new life on such approvals. To have that wealth of experience, understanding, and knowledge of immigration law on your side, contact Attorney Sones today to schedule a free consultation for your business or personal immigration needs.
