In 2002, Robert made the decision to leave a partnership with a large, national New York City based litigation firm and form the Law Office of Robert S. Sunshine, P.C. With over 25 years of legal practice Robert S. Sunshine has handled numerous complex litigation matters and has been consulted countless times by clients, corporations and lawyers throughout the nation. It was his belief then and continues to be his belief now, that everyone is entitled to affordable, high quality legal services and to be represented by a skilled, aggressive, yet caring litigator who has but one objective in mind – the success of their case. During law school, Attorney Brent Susko worked with many non-profit organizations dedicated to assisting underrepresented individuals in the community. After graduating from the Charleston School of Law, he joined the firm as a workers' compensation and personal injury attorney. Helping injured clients is just another way to care for and serve his community, and it is his mission to support those who trust him while going through some of the most difficult times of their lives. Brent has dedicated his practice entirely to serving those with serious personal and work-related injuries. Outside of the office, he enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and playing tennis and golf.

I have over 35 years of experience as a lawyer and hold a law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law. I have also completed specialized training in negotiation and mediation, which allows me to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently.
