Attorney Francis J. Slavin practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate purchase contracts, loan foreclosures and loan workouts, condemnation/eminent domain, design and construction defect litigation and real estate development. He holds both an undergraduate and J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati. For the State Bar of Arizona, Mr. Slavin served on the Judicial Evaluation Committee (1974 to 1990), chairing that committee from 1976 to 1980, and the Disciplinary Commission (1976 to 1983), chairing that Commission from 1981 to 1983. In addition he has been a member of the Real Estate and Construction Law Sections. Mr. Slavin is a member of the Order of the Coif and Phi Delta Phi. He is the author of Construction Law and Mechanics’ Liens in Arizona, published annually by Professional Educational Systems, Inc. (1980-2006). He served as Judge Pro Tempore, Superior Court of Arizona in the County of Maricopa from 1980-1990. From 1981-1989 he was a member of the City of Phoenix Zoning Ordinance Revision Committee.

Elliot Slosar is a partner at Loevy & Loevy. Elliot worked full-time as the Loevy & Loevy and Exoneration Project in-house investigator while attending DePaul University’s College of Law at night. In law school, Elliot received numerous awards for his outstanding work in trial advocacy, pre-trial civil litigation, and mass media law. Elliot is the Chicago Bar Foundation’s 2009 Abraham Lincoln Marovitz Scholar, a prestigious award given annually to an incoming Illinois law student who has shown a deep commitment and future dedication to public interest law. Jacob “Jake” Slotin is a life-long native Floridian. Jake was born in Clearwater, Florida and raised in Jacksonville, Florida where he graduated from the International Baccalaureate program for academically accomplished high-school students. From there, Jake earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University where he graduated with honors. Jake went on to become a “double Nole” earning his J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law, again with honors. While in law school, Jake received a scholarship for his excellence in professional responsibility and clerked for the Honorable Judge Stephanie Ray at the First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee.
