That’s when my legal expertise becomes necessary. My name is Andrew G. Rosenberg, and I am a licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar who has been practicing law in South Florida for more than 20 years. Over the years, I have enjoyed representing many clients, and continue to be driven by the passion to fight insurance companies in order to protect my client’s legal rights and to achieve justice on their behalf.

Michael J. Rosenberg, incoming President of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, brings more than 20 years of litigation experience to the Gold Law Firm, with particular emphasis in the areas of insurance coverage, insurance recovery, insurance bad faith, and complex personal injury. Mr. Rosenberg graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in 1996, where he served as the articles editor of the law review, was selected to the American Bar Association Trial Team, and graduated in the top 5 percent of his class. After graduation, Mr. Rosenberg served as law clerk to the Honorable Steven C. Briggs of the Colorado Court of Appeals. Mr. Rosenberg now dedicates the bulk of his practice to representing policyholders, both corporate and individual, in disputes with their insurers. Mr. Rosenberg has prosecuted numerous insurance coverage and bad faith cases against insurers through verdict and appeal, and over the past ten years his insurance practice has produced more than $30 million in recoveries. Mr. Rosenberg has lectured widely in the areas of insurance coverage and insurance bad faith, and has authored several articles and book chapters in these same areas. Mr. Rosenberg is also frequently called upon to provide expert testimony in the area of insurance claim handling, and he has been qualified to testify and has provided expert testimony in both the state and federal courts in Colorado. Mr. Rosenberg is also a Top 100 rated Super Lawyer, and was named a 2019 insurance litigation “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers.

Alan is RNDC’s General Counsel & VP, Legal, supporting all RNDC regions/facilities/operations and support functions. He has responsibility for leading, coordinating and executing all RNDC legal matters. Alan has practiced law for more than 25 years, during which time he has successfully led and directed the creation and development of numerous corporate legal departments at a variety of large multinational and national corporations. Prior to joining RNDC, Alan previously served as (1) VP, Legal & General Counsel, Americas and Global CPO for Recall Corporation; (2) VP, Investigations & Incident Response for LexisNexis; (3) ChoicePoint’s VP, Privacy, Ethics & Compliance & Assistant General Counsel; (4) NDCHealth's General Counsel, Business Units and VP, Legal & Risk Management; (5) Acting General Counsel with The Grady Health System; and (6) an attorney with the law firm of Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers LLC.

John P. Rosenblatt is a graduate of Vassar College and the Fordham University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1980. Mr. Rosenblatt has extensive experience representing both parties and lenders in real estate transactions. Prior to establishing his own practice in 1990, Mr. Rosenblatt was an associate and partner in the firm of Joseph and Koppel in Manhattan where he specialized in international tax and estate planning and administration. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the U.S. District courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and has lectured to numerous business and professional groups on various real estate and estate planning topics.
