Madison Brynn Russell is an Attorney in Statesboro, Georgia. Madison completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Political Science and History two years ahead of her class from Valdosta State University. Upon graduating from Valdosta State University in 2019, Madison attended Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. Madison was chosen out of a select group of students to participate in advancing her legal writing. Madison participated in advanced writing groups, grammar and style competency exams, drafting projects, and accumulated a writing portfolio to achieve her Advanced Certification in Legal Writing. Since being licensed to practice law by the State of Georgia, Madison practiced in multiple areas including, but not limited to, family law, criminal defense law, probate and estate planning, juvenile law, and general civil litigation. Madison is now a Public Defender for the Ogeechee Judicial Circuit.

Robert Russo has been licensed to practice law for over 25 years. He graduated from Bryant University and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in Maryland at the University of Baltimore. During his time at the University of Maryland, he worked for the Department of Human Services Child Protective Division. Robert also conducted clinical work for the Maryland States Attorney Office Juvenile Division.

Christopher Russo enjoys his entire legal career here at Kirshenbaum & Kirshenbaum. He began his journey upon entering the Rhode Island bar in September 1991. Five years ago he became the Managing Partner of the personal injury practice within the firm. He is now also the Managing Partner for the entire firm, leading nine lawyers and support staff. He is admitted in both the State and Federal Bars for the State of Rhode Island Bar. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Christopher received his B.A. degree from Boston College in 1988. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School where he represented Suffolk University in their regional American Bar Association Trial Advocacy Competition. Christopher is an active member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Rhode Island Association for Justice (past member of the Board of Governors), and The American Association for Justice (formerly known as American Trial Lawyers Association). Christopher concentrates his practice in representing personal injury plaintiffs. He handles all matters assisting people injured in car collisions, slip and fall, bicycle and motorcycle accidents. He has handled many cases involving tractor trailer collisions. These cases require an attorney with knowledge of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and an intimate understanding of the dangers these vehicles pose to the unsuspecting victims. Christopher also handles a variety of criminal defense matters. He has handles District Court misdemeanor offenses, Superior Court felony matters as well as Federal District Court matters.

Mr. Russo is a frequent speaker on computer law issues and has given presentations to the American Bar Association, the Practicing Law Institute, the Computer Law Association, and the San Francisco Bay Area Intellectual Property American Inn of Court. Mr. Russo serves as an arbitrator, mediator, and early neutral evaluator for the U.S. District Court (N.D. California), the Santa Clara County Superior Court, and the American Arbitration Association, as well as a Judge Pro Tempore of the Santa Clara County Superior Court. Mr. Russo specializes in Internet, computer law, and intellectual property litigation. In addition, Mr. Russo is in charge of the Firm\'s entrepreneurship practice.
