Betty Bush Walker founded Bush & Miller Attorneys at Law in 1986. After obtaining her B.S. in Nursing from Albany State University, Attorney Walker worked for over a decade as a registered nurse. Joshua T. Walker was born in Vincennes, IN, but grew up in Pinellas County, where he graduated from Shorecrest Preparatory School. He received his BA from the University of North Florida, where he graduated with a degree in business management. He then followed in his father’s footsteps and attended Stetson University College of Law. Josh began practicing in 2016 as an associate helping his father, Mike Walker, litigate personal injury cases across the greater Tampa Bay area. He was able to quickly gain trial experience, including contributing to a multi-million dollar jury verdict within the first few months of his career. He has continued to focus on litigation and trial practice since.

Brandon has a broad background in securities fraud, corporate governance and other complex class action and commercial litigation on behalf of shareholders. He has represented public retirement systems, union pension funds, European investment managers, and other institutional and individual investors before federal, state, and appellate courts throughout the country.
