Jordana Better is an experienced family law attorney whose practice focuses on dissolution, support issues, high-value asset separations, and child custody disputes. With a goal-oriented approach, she focuses on seeking settlement when possible while preparing the best/strongest case for trial, in case necessary. Jordana has practiced throughout the state of California but has extensive expertise in Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Bay Area. Jordana graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a double major in Communications and Political Science. After college, she became a Marketing Director in the Bay Area, prior to following her passion for the law and attending Syracuse University. While at Syracuse, she clerked for the Hon. Ralph C. Hofer, in the Los Angeles County Family Law Courts, was a founding member of the SUCOL Divorce Clinic, was a student attorney for Utica Corporate Counsels Office, and clerked for one of the top divorce firms in the Bay Area.

Margaret Bichler, Esq., is an accomplished personal injury attorney with extensive experience in all areas of personal injury law, including auto accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, and product liability. Known for her meticulous legal research and persuasive writing, Ms. Bichler has developed a reputation for successfully navigating both trial and appellate courts in cases involving complex legal issues. A native of South Florida, Ms. Bichler earned her bachelor’s degree from the Honors College of Florida Atlantic University before earning her law degree from Boston College Law School. Ms. Bichler spent the first years of her career as a law clerk for an appellate judge at the Fourth District Court of Appeal, where she honed her appellate skills and developed an expertise in legal research, analysis and writing. Ms. Bichler’s background in appellate law uniquely enhances her practice as a personal injury attorney. With a deep understanding of both substantive personal injury law and appellate procedure, she excels at identifying potential legal issues early in a case. Her thorough research and attention to detail allow her to navigate complex legal challenges, direct discovery effectively, and craft compelling motions and legal arguments. Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Bichler enjoys traveling and spending time with her three children and husband. For the majority my career I provided a defense for people and businesses insured by large national insurance companies. During this time, I thought I was fighting the good fight, defending those who were being sued for a simple lapse in judgment or an accident. All the while the insurance companies were behind the scene using mathematical formulas to figure out how much compensation should be paid to an injured victim. With time things started to change. I began defending large loss catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. I also began to ask myself: How do you put a value on human life? How do you tell a father who lost his son that he was at fault for his son's death? How can one sit across from accident victims and families, who have lost lives and suffered horrible injuries, and try to argue that your client's employee was not responsible? I felt that a serious change was needed to align my morals with my law practice. As a result, I started representing accident victims and clients who have been harmed by others. In working with the various insurance companies, not only did I learn what the carriers were looking for, but I learned how they viewed victims and their attorneys. I know what it is like to be a defense attorney, the orders they take from the insurance companies and how they do their job. I now use this knowledge to fight for my clients and push the other side into doing what is right. I was born in Phoenix, raised in the East Valley and make my home in Gilbert. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our four young boys, reading, coaching youth sports, Crossfit and various outdoor activities.
