C. Michael Bee, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, 1950. B.A. Marietta College, 1971. J.D., West Virginia University College of Law, 1976. Admitted to West Virginia Bar 1976. Also admitted to U.S. District Court, Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia. Member, West Virginia State Bar. Member, Law School and Admissions Committee, 1988. Member, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America and West Virginia Association for Justice. President, South Charleston Chamber of Commerce, 1987 and 1988. Served on the Board of Directors South Charleston Area Development Corporation; Board of Directors, South Charleston Convention and Visitors Bureau; served on the Board of Directors, West Virginia Brain Injury Association; Past President West Virginia Brain Injury Association; served on the Board of Directors of the National Brain Injury Association; President\'s Council for National Brain Injury Association; Past Chairman of the Development Committee for the National Head Injury Foundation. Mr. Bee has also taught at the University of Florida as an adjunct professor in their professional certification programs.

Emily J. Beeson is passionate about achieving justice for injured people. Her work has centered on pursuing claims against major medical device manufacturers on behalf of individuals injured by dangerous products. Both in the multidistrict litigation (MDL) and individual settings, Emily has a successful track record of defeating defense motions and effectively resolving her clients’ claims. As the lead attorney for workers’ compensation at Ward Black Law, Emily also advocates for individuals who have been injured in the workplace. In order to truly understand the impact that an injury has on a client’s life, Emily feels it is important to forge a meaningful connection with them. She believes that this understanding is key to zealous advocacy for her clients. Emily is a native of High Point and graduated from Guilford College before going on to earn her Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law. At Elon Law she was awarded a Presidential Scholarship reserved for students demonstrating extraordinary academic achievement, exceptional character, commitment to service, and leadership. Emily is licensed by the State Bar of North Carolina, and is admitted to practice before all North Carolina Federal Courts.

Business Law Robert J. Behal has been practicing in central Ohio in the areas of business law, divorce law, probate and estate planning since 1977. As a business attorney, he represents primarily medium-size businesses and their owners in entity planning and formation, sales and acquisitions, real estate transactions, contracts, business litigation (or its avoidance), employee issues, non-competition and many other legal issues related to the operation of their enterprise. Bob uses his expertise in business law when handling divorce and post-divorce matters and focuses on complex cases involving significant business and investment assets and alimony issues. He also provides legal counsel in the area of the administration of probate estates and estate planning, including drafting wills and trusts and tax planning.
