I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. I earned my Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law. Before law school, I attended the University at Buffalo and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Financial Analysis and Human Resources Management. Over the years, I gained a wide range of experience. I’ve maintained a small legal practice in addition to working for large global companies in the fields of finance, regulatory and social compliance, engineering, and business development. Balancing a career as an attorney with more traditional business employment has provided me with unique experience and insight. As an attorney, I’ve handled a wide range of cases, including matrimonial, family, vehicle and traffic, criminal, consumer, personal injury, real estate, employment, estate planning, and elder law. Although I continue to maintain a general practice law firm, in recent years I’ve narrowed the focus of my practice to Family Law, Estate Planning, and Real Estate in order to better service my clients.

Lauren Biloski is a 2000 graduate of Oak Ridge High School.  Lauren then went to the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and graduated in 2003 with a B.A. degree in psychology and a minor in Spanish. Immediately following graduation in 2003, Lauren Biloski pursued her dream and attended the Robert H. McKinney, School of Law, Indiana University. Lauren Biloski graduated in 2006 with her J.D. and wanted to return to East Tennessee and provide assistance to a community that allowed her to flourish. Lauren returned back to Oak Ridge in October of 2006 and has loved having an active local practice. In 2012, Lauren joined and partnered with Michael Ritter to form Ritter & Biloski in Oak Ridge. Since 2012, Lauren has handled a wide variety of cases but still focused her practice on juvenile law, family law, and criminal defense. Lauren is a member of the Anderson County Bar Association, Knox County Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association and American Bar Association.

Mr. Binko attended the University at Buffalo School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. He has been admitted to practice in the state of New York and California since 1983 and currently practices at the Law Offices of Richard S. Binko, which is a firm that he founded himself. Mr. Binko’s areas of practice include personal injury, traffic, estate wills and probate, criminal court, real property, medical malpractice and federal court practice. In addition to being the New York State Trial Lawyers Association President, he has accomplished many other achievements including president-Elect of the 4,000+ NY State Trial Lawyers Association, membership with the American Association of Justice, immediate past chairmen of the solo practitioners and small business section of AAJ, previous president of western region affiliate of Western New York trial lawyers, published author in Trial Magazine, frequent lecturer in New York and throughout the United States and trustee of New York State Law PAC.

Bob Binstock is a litigator with over 35 years of experience. Bob was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended college at the University of Pittsburgh and subsequently earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law. He began his law career in 1981. In 1985 Bob founded the Law Firm of Reich and Binstock LLP with his partner Dennis Reich. Since that time Bob has represented hundreds of injured Plaintiffs in mass and class actions focusing on medical device, product liability, toxic tort, and pharmaceutical litigation. Areas of Practice: Personal Injury & Products Liability, Products Liability, Personal Injury Litigation, Medical Negligence, Toxic Tort, and Pharmaceutical Litigation.

Robert W. Birch began practicing law in Cooperstown in 1986. Bob heads the firm's Real Estate and Bankruptcy practice. Bob graduated from Albany Law School of Union University in 1982. Prior to law school, Bob attended Cornell University's Industrial & Labor Relations School. Bob is admitted to practice in New York State, the Northern District of New York and Florida. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association; he is the chair of the Otsego County Bar Association and a member of its Real Property Committee. Bob is a former president and active member of the Cooperstown Rotary Club and a Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America Cooperstown Troop 12 and Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 1254. Bob is also a former Trustee of Friends of Bassett Healthcare. Bob is active in the Christ Church Episcopal Church of Cooperstown, formerly serving as Senior Warden, Vestryman, Chair of the Rector Search Committee, Stewardship Chair and teacher. Bob and his wife have also been Foster Parents for Otsego County and the host family for a number of Rotary exchange students.
