Keith E. Williams, Esq. is a United States Air Force Veteran and a 2014 graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While attending USC Law, Mr. Williams was a Judicial Intern at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for the Honorable Judge Harry Pregerson, a Legal Extern for the Federal Trade Commission, and the President of the USC Veterans Association. Mr. Williams is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and California, as well as before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the Central District of California. Since joining Neil H. Greenberg & Associates, P.C. in 2016, Mr. Williams has been actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s employment law litigation practice, including federal and state wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination, EEOC claims, wrongful termination, violations of the FMLA and the ADA, age discrimination, and personal injury claims arising from workplace incidents. Mr. Williams attended the University of Southern California, graduating magna cum laude with his bachelor’s degree in 2010. He received his associate’s degree from Farmingdale State College in 2007.

Terri Williams is an AV rated attorney with Martindale Hubble. She is passionate about representing individuals in need of legal assistance in all aspects of Family Law or Criminal Law and has been doing so in excess of 25 years. Terri has dedicated much of her time to not only her individual clients, but also to those in need of legal service by being appointed as the Family Law Chair for the SD State Bar Family Law Committee, serving on the Governor‘s Child Custody Task Force and being appointed as a Child Support Referee.

Attorney Williams is a highly skilled and passionate advocate when he is litigating on behalf of his diverse group of clients. He specializes in Real Estate Law, Criminal Defense, and Litigation. Randy brings business and executive ingenuity to the firm's leadership. He obtained his Doctor of Law from Emory University where he prosecuted misdemeanor and felony crimes under the Fulton County Solicitor General and Dekalb County District Attorney. Prior to practicing Randy served as an executive gaining extensive experience in various areas of business management. In his spare time Randy enjoys playing tennis, mentoring, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Raised in a multicultural setting, Aisha Williams, our principal attorney, experienced the impact of estate battles early on. This experience propelled her from an in-house role at a Fortune-100 company towards a heart-led career in California estate planning. Aisha offers Californians comprehensive legal services, aiming to protect family bonds through careful estate planning. A San Diego native, Aisha balanced work and studies until her graduation from San Diego State University. She graduated with a B.A. in International Business, a Spanish emphasis, a Portuguese minor, and a Distinction in Major. Driven to create change, Aisha returned to education at the University of San Diego School of Law. While studying under scholarship and working full time, she earned her law degree in 2012. Today, Aisha juggles being a devoted mother and wife, a sports enthusiast, and a licensed member of the State Bar of California.
